      I purchased tickets for a leaning class showed up to what was a wedding hall. Fraudulent event was posted on their site. I tried reporting it to them and never even received an acknowledgment. They obviously dont care if someone posts an actual event of its fraud.

      Their System rerouted to another city for a show I was attempting to attend in ********, ****. Therefore, when the tickets populated for another state I attempted to have this fixed with the site, they lay the all on the venue. The promoter for the space ballroom in ** for the event doesnt respond. Eventbrite has deceptive rules and service. You cant get any recourse for some events. Lack of response and then emailed that its nonrefundable via EB. ANY show with Eventbrite should be AVOIDED. I am out nearly $100 with their hefty add on feed. I am just supposed to accept it. The form they have for complaints gets you nowhere you are put into a loop. You cannot call them, at all it appears.

      Paid for ringside vip seating. Seats were not ringside, and ************ was three rows in front of us and general admission people filled the space. We had general admission beside us also. I saw so many vip bands that had no seating. In my opinion, they oversold the costly vip ringside seats and didn't care about our seating. The event was mayhem and staff difficult to identify or even being seen. The event was a complete rip off for what I paid for four seats, for what we recieced. I would not recommend eventbrite for any event, since you don't get what you pay for.

      Account was suspended for no reason and now I am not able to purchase tickets for their events. To connect with customer service, you need to login but I cant since my account is suspended. I tried emailing them but my email domain is now blocked. I have no idea why I am suspended...I only buy tickets occasionally on there.

      I was scammed by Eventbrite. I purchased a ticket for an event scheduled at *************** in ********** on February ****** through Eventbrite's official website. When I presented the digital ticket, the bar owner immediately said "they did it again! Fake!" I have no faith in EVER using Eventbrite again. Had to purchase another ticket to attend the event.

      Booked a show, traveled 700 miles to see show. Arrived at venue to find a closed and locked building. Messaged the band who said they were performing in another city. Eventbrite never communicated venue was changed. **************** awful. Horrible experience, would recommend avoiding using anything associated with eventbrite.

      Eventbrite does not take any responsibility for their reservations. Last New Year's Eve we used Eventbrite for the reservations. All the reservations showed up. Weeks later, 2 tables claimed that they never made the reservation. We showed eventbrite video and check information showing the tables occupied. Yet, Eventbrite demanded that we pay for the "No-Shows" and barred us from using the site until the $820 was cleared up. It took months for us to get through to someone at Eventbrite. It is now November, we finally got through to someone and they refuse to budge.Terrible company

      The company takes no measures to prevent scammers from advertising fake events on the platform. The company also makes it impossible to receive a refund when you have been blatantly scammed. They make refund procedures "optional" from the ticket seller's perspective. So if you're a scammer, obviously you're going to opt out of refund procedures. If you're a buyer who has been scammed, you get an automated email saying that your purchase is not eligible for a refund. And the company will not take any action in response to complaints that the seller is listing fake events and stealing money from people. The website is a haven for thieves and parasites. It should be shut down.

      I had a terrible experience with Eventbrite. Not only do they hold payments without any clear reason, but they also make it nearly impossible to get funds released. After numerous emails, I still havent received my money. Their lack of transparency and refusal to communicate make them feel like scammers, not a reputable event company. Id highly recommend looking elsewhere for a trustworthy platform that respects its clients time and effort. Save yourself the stress and avoid Eventbrite at all costs.

      As a small business, we trusted this company to honor its agreement. Event Brite has collected over $9,000 in ticket payments in the last six months, and has not paid my business the ticket money. We have emailed the company and simply get auto generated emails that they are working on it. We had to close down all future events. We emailed the CEO and the *** with no response. We are left now to seek out an attorney to receive our money. Publicly the leadership of this company looks like real professionals, but unfortunately the company is stealing money from small businesses and trusting individuals. Something by the government should be done to stop this criminal behavior being conducted by this company.
