      Eventbrite advertised an event in *********** called Taste - An Exclusive Luxury Experience back on Thursday, December 21st. I bought early admission tickets for my friend's birthday so we could get in early and beat the crowd - hence "early admission." When I purchased my tickets I immediately received no early admission instructions. When I contacted the owner he simply said this ticket gets you in the door all night. That doesn't make any sense for the definition of "early admission." Purchasing that ticket is definitely a scam, not to mention they didn't open at 10am as advertised all over the invite. They opened at 10:30/10:45pm. Definitely an event that should be reorganized and shut down until they get their act together. I would also like my $26.80 back for this event due to false advertising.

      Scammers. Was assured wed be partially refunded if we cancelled before the event. They are saying we didnt cancel ahead of time and kept the money.

      The team that handled my refund issue I reported earlier last month was resolved and very quickly as well. I would like to also personally that ************** of purchase resolutions for his prompt assistance and understanding in regards to this matter.

      I Purchased 2 tickets to ******* Old Fashioned fest for my husband for Father's day. Unfortunately, he was unable to attend due to a work (he had to go out of town).. Their policy said you can get a refund but they keep the event fee. Once, I submitted the request it said someone will be in touch within a week. Mind you, I did this a month prior to the event. Nope, I never received a phone call or email. I finally left voicemails, emails. After 3 weeks someone finally sent an email (the week of the event) wanting to know my reason for us not being able to attend the event. They continued to state in the email that a lot of work goes into planning this event along with other guilt trip comments. Once, I replied back I heard not heard a single response. If they do not want to refund their consumers, then they need to write that in their policy and terms agreement. I will never be purchasing ticket's for an event through eventbrite.
