      Very frustrating experience with this ****-ish company. I organized an event that's successfully completed but yet - they have been holding funds - money that people paid for MY event. It's now been 4 weeks and counting! Useless customer service. They asked for documents to validate if your event is legit but after providing all sorts of documentation - they keep coming back and said documentation is not good enough but they don't tell you WHAT EXACTLY THEY NEED or why it's not good enough. It's been looping forever and fund is still on hold! If it's so important to have verify for event legitimacy - they should have asked for proofs BEFORE allow an event to be initiated vs tricking organizers into thinking that all is good until at the end - all funds are withheld with no ends in sight!

      A heaven for scammers. I keep getting tickets under other names, for events all over the world. There is no way to reach out to someone, and it is impossible to cancel the account.

      Terrible company. As an organizer they have been holding funds for almost 3 weeks on an executed event. The worst!

      Eventbrite is totally a scam. A charge poped up info as follows eventbrite phone number to life alert and website link to sales team. In my bank accout Actually got blocked because I called company out for saying they just handle the billing ( from there kanas call center they use ) and having no way to get info of who charged me. I called ************** headquarters and press 1 to leave voice mail press 2 to report a card charge. Then transfers you and a message that no one is available to take call. So the fact that they know fraud charges are happening by giving a option to handle it but then no answer for over 48hrs of calling every hour. They should be in jail. Did that on a Tuesday and wendsday. Don't get involved with this company waiting on state to get back to my report on that llc.

      This company organized a local event and did a nice job advertising it - attractive photos, easy payment methods, timely reminders, etc. Unfortunately the advertisements were misleading and approximated fraud. The event turned out to be disappointingly nothing like advertised. When I tried to give them feedback and perhaps get a refund, I found their website and AI customer service to be absolutely useless.

      Eventbrite allows unverified organizers to create events and take money. When the event is cancelled, Eventbrite does not automatically send refunds, it tells the attendees to contact organizer. Organizer does not respond. This platform facilitates scammers and escapes responsibility. I'm considering organizing a class action. Others have complained about similar situations. There could be many more victims.

      I purchased tickets to a *************************** concert. We i arrived at the event I was told my tickets were not valid. I have tried to reach out to Eventbrite and the organizers. No responsesi received an email that my money had been returned but my bank was not a bale to process! Its been 2 months and I still have not received a refund nor can I speak to a live agent!

      No integrity and follow-up. We met with ************* (event coordinator) at the event. I explained overpaying, and he said he would submit a reimbursement request. I've submitted a reimbursement request to the organizer and directly to Eventbrite to find no resolution.

      I have tried to get a refund because I purchased for an even in the wrong state. The ** says I do not qualify for a refund. I called the contact number my bank has and they state they are on holiday. There is no CS.

      We have used Eventbrite going on 4 years. This is the first year that we are having issues with them. We have our annual event and everything is no longer on the site. This all happen when we were asked to change our password. Please be careful using Eventbrite, they have poor customer service response and we are losing money. We are looking for an alternative.
