  This is a terrible business. I signed up for an online event and received a confirmation ticket, but on the day of the online event, it didn't invite me into join. Unacceptable. This "business" website is a big circle of nothing... Click here/Upload here/join here/Click here/Upload here.... how pathetic....

  The site makes me reset my password every time I sign in. My request for a refund has failed to go through after several tries. I have a family emergency and cant go to the event. All phone numbers go to someone other than Evenbrite. I need a way to contact them.

  Eventbrite swindled $620 for an ad campaign I never had control with and they refuse to admit that their ** in that area sucks!I organize 6-7 events a year through my small company and I have mostly been using Eventbrite for the last 2 years. While I like their feature of keeping account of attendees etc. they **** when it comes to ************ Campaigns. Given how I used these on Instagram and ******** 2 months back I decided to try Eventbrite's new feature. While placing the ad itself I had to chat with a customer service agent to help find some parts of the form which he said I could find if I zoomed out 3 times and then I could find the button. See how clunky the ** is. I should have cut short myself from using this feature because of this glitch but I was trusting Eventbrite. I put a small incremental budget for the event ad promotion. All throughout the ad I couldn't find access to the ad campaign page nor did Eventbrite send me indications of how much I have spent. After a few weeks (much after my event was over) I got a $260 invoice.I have been trying to get in touch with customer service but they all are humans who speak like bots! They keep explaining the break-up of the bill instead of understanding what the mistake is on their part. Why should I pay for their inefficiency?!Best ***

  I bought two tickets to see my favorite band ***** and it was cancelled then later moved to another venue and I wasn't notified of any thing I didn't even know I was buying the tix through Eventbrite !? These guys are crooks and apparently needy because they won't refund my money . I thought I was buying the tickets through bandsintown because that's where I was and I clicked to buy tickets didn't say I was being redirected or anything !? These guys are straight up crooked .they are to be avoided

  I contacted event organizer for a Freestyle concert in *****, *********************************. He said he would help me put my tickets back up for sale to accommodate a refund. It's been over 2 weeks and I log in and they are not posted. Eventbrite has no customer service, even when the event organizer doesn't answer your emails. NEVER buy tickets through this site. I am out $346.46 and I can't even get a refund after they offered to accomodate one, they denied me. I am beyond ****** because I geninely was trying to work with an unattentive and unprofessional communicator og the event organizatiion. *********************************

  Eventbrite is a total scam. I was promised a refund on a concert that was completely canceled. Eventbrite even paid back the promoter ST Productions, which is no longer in business. The promoter ************************* of ST Productions scamed us and is spending our money freely. I have had to contact Eventbrite because the promoter is no longer accepting emails and Eventbrite is denying my refund after multi attempts to contact them. There is no way to physically call this company which is very shady and they say trust & safety is the priority. What a joke this company is. I am about to call the news to report a fraudulent company. Please don't ever use this company to purchase tickets. Please don't ever hire ************************* as a promoter under ST Productions or his new company ******************* in **********.

  This company needs to be investigated. I bought tickets online for a concert. I thought I was buying from the venue. I selected the zone seating which provided actual seats versus general admission per the site (which they listed as event ticket center, an Eventbrite company). When I received the tickets, the tickets were NOT for seats, they were for general admission which sells for $19.00 NOT $129.00. I will never buy from any event on EventBrite. I did not receive the tickets I ordered. They pretended to sell me tickets that don't exist. Total BS. No wonder they get such bad reviews!Avoid at all costs!

  I will never purchase tickets from EventBrite again. Their customer service is non-existent. I was supposed to get an email with additional details (such as location, show time, etc.) for a VIP experience ***** hours prior to the show. I never received a confirmation email. No phone number would connect me to an actual person instead of looping me through the same actions repeatedly on their website. This event is tonight and I have no idea what time to get there, where to enter.

  I purchased two tickets through Eventbrite for the Mill Valley Music Festival on 1/27/23. The first couple pages of advertising stated the tickets would be $259 each. But later, they tacked on a $50.79 fee PER TICKET! I asked at the venue if it would be possible to buy tickets in person to avoid the fees and they stated that the tickets were only available online. These fees per tickets are excessive. I feel that the fees are so high that Eventbrite is essentially doing false advertising when they advertised the tickets as $259 each. I feel that they should get rid of these excess fees and just accurately depict the real *************.

  My wife and I booked the Silver and Gold New Year's Eve event at ******** at the ****************************. On 29 December, I checked the weather forecast and ** was due for severe rain on ***. I emailed Eventbrite, and got no response, so I called the **************** directly. I spoke to ******** who works at ******** F&B and he said the event was canceled and I would receive a confirmation text and full refund. No text was forthcoming, I booked a ********** separately (also in the Intercontinental). I got abpartial refund minus $200 Eventbrite fee. They canceled, so why are they taking any part of the ticket amount? I talked to the F&B manager at the Intercontinental and was told it wasn't their problem, since Eventbrite was the organizer. This is unacceptable. I'm a lawyer, so if anyone wants to start a class action against Eventbrite, let me know.
