    Been a player at Chumba for years. This past week, two times I tried to deposit $100, and both times the app froze. Never got my chips. But $200 was withdrawn from my account two days later. After years of no problems, Chumba ripped me off. I requested they close my account, which they did without any hesitation. With all the new competition, Chumba is getting greedy by ripping off users, even long time bog spenders. Use caution, and remember this warning.

    If you see a review and it's not 1 star, it's a probably a plug by the fraudulent filth that run this scam site but the BBB doesn't seem to care.If you file a complaint with the BBB they won't do anything to help you, just an automated system so you can spend a few months replying in vain to one auto message after another from either party.Do yourself a favor and don't give either of them your business or time.If you already did, put your energy into a formal complaint with your states attorney general and then follow up with the Malta Gaming Authority, but don't get your hopes up, because they're all in one club, and you certainly are not.

    I won the jackpot . As soon as it's time to receive your payout. Rhumba casino review your pending redemption only to deactivate your account. This company is a scam. They need to be sued for false advertising, and everyone behind the system goes to prison for every dime they stole. ********

    I think this Casino is a scam. The games barely hit and when they do it's for less than what you wagered. The bonus games often return with little to nothing. It's a shame how they are allowed to do this to people everyday. They disguise themselves as a Sweepstakes but it's obvious they're a casino. Although, a casino has a better RTP percentage. I would completely avoid playing here. If you don't believe me then just read all the other reviews that are all saying the samething. If it were just a few people saying it then I would have doubts myself. It's hundreds of people saying the same things so that's all the proof you need. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PLAYING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

    I had my bank verified in the past using the manual approach in the past using chime and thought it would be easier for me to use Skrill. I wound up not using Skrill and am trying to re verify my Chime account and Chumba is refusing to allow me to verify my bank account. I had matched up the bank account information perfectly and after several times they are still refusing to verify my account. I would like to file a complaint to chimba using the BBB and would like to get my bank account verified.

    I was going to redeem money and I was told I couldn't cash out without adding my bank information and a statement. I submitted my information and then my account gets locked. It seems like this casino is not wanting to pay out winnings.

    Redemption process took longer than expected. I hit for a 2k jackpot and wasn't able to cash out. Then I hit for ***** in a bonus round and recieved no compensation for it

    I have been a customer of theirs since they opened. Until recently I've always thoroughly enjoyed their platform. Out of nowhere one of my withdraws were cancelled.Then my account was deactivated.When I started asking questions they then blocked me on my ******** platform. I have emailed several several times, only to get the runaround. I would like my money back. And I would like my account activated again or at least to know why they did it.Has this happened to any one else?
