I signed up on Chumba Casino in March ******************************************************************************************* short, I was able to mail in sweepstakes envelopes worth 5 Sweeps Coins each to play and redeem for real dollars. Ive been regularly mailing in sweepstakes envelopes as well as purchasing my own play on the website up until yesterday.Yesterday morning, I logged into my account and received a warning message that I had violated one of the ****************** clauses: 3.3.3.3 states to make sure we dont use a VPN or try to fake our location in order to earn sweeps coins through the sweepstakes program. It also outlines to not create codes for sweepstakes envelopes under anyone elses log in, etc.But I have done none of those things or anything to violate their terms and conditions.I opened a system ticket on their website asking for a complete review of my account and show me proof of any violations. The only response Ive gotten so far is they have forwarded my email to the relevant team. Many others have requested a review, received the same generic response, and are still waiting months later. Im not optimistic based on this feedback VGW is mass-deactivating accounts for no specific reason or honoring anyones requests for proof of violations. Sweepstakes is how this company remains legal in the US, yet they are deactivating sweepstakes participants in mass numbers.

I was deactivated for the 3.3 violation without any explanation just a template response. When I requested specific information on what I did to violate the terms I received another template response that they could not tell me anything more. I believe I followed their terms the entire time. I would not spend a dime with them.

Got deactivated for 3.3 Rule violation they claim. I asked for proof and still waiting for a reply. I have not violated any rule. The only thing I think I did, was I wrote and sent out alot of postal weekly. And I don't see any rules restricting how many you can send.

I have a Chumba account and I wrote postal requests for at least 4 months and suddenly they deactivated my account for no reason. I followed all their rules, I was verified and suddenly my account is gone right after I bought a package at 20% off. So I lost all the interim postal requests plus they took my money and I cant even get into my account so beware as I understand it has happened to many people. The thing is I emailed to find out why and they never gave me an answer. What a scam.

My experience with chumba casino is terrible. Its a gambling website disguised as a sweepstakes. I won over a thousand dollars Im sweeps coins on chumba playing slots and blackjack. But my bank account would never verify. They wouldnt let me add any of my 3 different bank accounts. TD CHIME and CASHAPP. So I could never cashout. Naturally after not being to cash out a day later I decided to play again. I became reckless because I knew I couldnt cash out and lost it all. MAGICALLY as soon as I lost I get an alert. Bank account has now been verfied this website is a scam preying on the gambling addicted like myself in order to bypass laws. Im in ************** gambling is not legal but Chumba will gladly take all my money.

Chumba is a scam. . I completely agree. I've been playing on Chumba for a couple of months. At first I had a great time. Winning but I never even tried to cash out. Then the wall hit. Especially on wild linx. I keep playing it trying to prove myself wrong but I just end up proving myself right. I've complained and complained. I get the regular response itseems that it's run by a RNG. Now after honestly several thousand spins on this game since the wall I've barely gotten a bonus if I did it allowed for the lowest possible amount. Earlier I got one for .24 cents and another for .36 cents This game has or is supposed to have a RTP of ***** and rated mefium volatility. They have it rigged where you win at first then nothing. They need the pants sued off them. I'm from ** and I've found out we won a suit last year against Chumba. Wishing I had never heard of this site. I'll probably have my acct closed after what I have just written them. But I've had it. Sounds like slot of us have. Zero stars for this Scamba

Theres a game called ******************** that supposed to be giving after several spins and it has an event after several spins which will give you a guaranteed winnings, on 300$ that I have, I was betting 2.50$ each and thats a total of 120 spins. It didnt give any free spins, or the random bonus event (that supposed to happen but it didnt happened). They also took a total of 2000$ from my friend on mystery reels. In my years of experience, I believe they are not honest with the slot machines, the odds of winning is high (at first) then it will be little to 0 if you keep playing.
