    I had won the jackpot on burger boss. I won $15,000.00 and later that day I received an email from Chumba saying I had multiple accounts and they deactivated my account.

    I won $100 had it sent to my bank which then the second night I won $600 had it sent to my bank. I got a email saying that the $100 was sent back to chumba because they didn't accept international payments. It was back on chumba 2 days later and I sent to another bank which was a success. But when my bank pushed back the $600 to chumba they try to say that they didn't receive it. This was on Nov 14th it is now Dec 21 and no update or money. How can I get this resolved?

    Exactly that scams the machines move really slow they let you win here and there but believe me they take all their money back and then some.. everything you win you're giving back and they will never let you win again. So word of advice if you do win in the beginning just stop playing keep your winnings and stay away

    So I've been playing on these "sweeps coins" casinos for about a year now. They are all scams. Chumba is a big one as well as luckyland slots. I've personally never won a thing on Chumba, and on luckyland I've won a handful of times. But after you win a substantial amount you can't win anymore! I need to finish adding together all my transactions but if I had to guess I'd say my losses definitely exceed my wins! I have videos of me playing one of luckylands games called adios pinata that on multiple occasions I'll have purchased $20-$50 in "gold coins" and you hit the *********** doesn't burst it does nothing in fact but take your sweeps coins. Losing is a part of gambling I get that, however these games are setting you up for failure! I have a severe gambling problem & am going to seek help for it, and I accept responsibility for my actions however these "sweeps coins" casinos are predatory at best! Only set up to take your ************* you a couple hundred here and there as a win just to keep you playing but they aren't set up to let you win at all! I'd be happy as h*** to see them all get shut down & games investigated & when they find they were actually cheating they be made to refund us all our money back!

    This site is a total scam and needs to be shut down. I had a redemption of $390 that was never paid to me. I attempted several times to give them correct info and each time there was a problem. After a week of going back and forth, I decided to do some research and found that theyre was a lawsuit against this site and they are scamming people. Please be advised not to use this site and not to give them any personal nor bank information. I had to change my accounts and I never got my prize money. It was a ****** learned and I pray this site is shut down forever!

    I play back ******************* on chumba and every time I have 12 and hit to receive another card I bust every time. If I get 20 chumba gets 21. If I have 18 chumba gets 19. I have never seen such a gross display of cheating the public. I'm so fed up with them I'm going to stop playing but not before I *** them for every ***** that I put into there so called legit site.

    I played on chumba casino for years using my own cash not Mail in . Randomly they decided to deactivate my account. After days of writing the only response I got was I didn't follow terms of service. No exact reason . Nothing i did was any different from the years of play i usually did . But I'll accept they don't want my money anymore but.....I also found online this is common not rare and really there is no hope of ever finding out why they decided you delete you . I exspect no real answer that makes sense. I did ask them to remove all my private information they have from their system for MY safety they have not answered at all. I'd like to know all my information has been deleted i no longer trust this site with my information. This is a fair ask from me .!!! All I get is the same as everyone here nothing or terms and violation.

    I was recently deactivated from Chumba casino,and they assert that I violated rule 3.3 of their sweeps rules.However,I strongly disagree and request evidence to support their claim.It is concerning that others have received warnings about this alleged violation while I did not.This lack of consistent treatment is unfair and contradicts the principles of fair play that should govern a sweepstakes.Moreover,I received the same deactivated from their sister sites, Global Poker and Luckyland slots.I am puzzled by the accusation of violating section 3.3,which pertains to postal codes,as I have not mailed in any postal requests to these sites since the postal code requirement was implemented.How can I breach a rule that was not in place at the time?I am seeking a reconsideration or a detailed explanation regarding the rule I allegedly violated in relation to postal codes.
