    i am filling a complaint regarding never receiving 2 withdrawals. the first one was for $28 (withdrawal ID ******** and the 2nd one for $10.10 ( withdrawal ID ******** i did receive the refunds on both withdrawals but never received the checks. i have already contacted them regarding my issue but they started ignoring my request. i was told the checks were reissued but it has been months and i never received the checks. i would like both the checks reissued. thank you.

    Ive been playing the app skillz for months the game is solitaire cash.. I have won a lot of games and within so there been times where all the games are cut down to 4 games only allowing me to play games where the fee was high and pay was Nothing like others.. there been times I wasnt allowed to withdrawal my funds for days and was only to play and lose all funds.. there was a time I deposit 55 dollars and was to get 45 in bonus cash and it didnt give my funds and I reported it and all my emails with without any reply.. as of now my withdrawal is cut off and I can only deposit funds for whatever reason is unknown to me.. I believe they dont want me to win inwhich I understand but thats not how the game is to work.. I have no problem win I lose 100s of dollars. The last withdrawal I had was for 192$ and Ive been given only what Ive deposited and the remainder of my winnings todate has not been paid.. the game Is having all the traits of a scam and this is not constitutional as a citizen of ***************** .. as of now I can only deposit money but wasnt told what my account is stricting for and *** lost lost of deposits without the opportunity to win as everyone esle because Im not aloud to withdrawal

    I deposited money to play tournament to win money but when I want to withdrawal I couldnt. Once you create an account and log back in I cant get back in to continue playing. This has happen several time.

    04-18-23 I was playing matches with no problem. Over the course of the morning the app crashed on 3 of the matches. The 3 matches had entry fees of $6. $6 and $30. I was never able to finish any of these 3 matches. The $30 match never even loaded, the app crashed before I ever even saw the first play. I also have the video of the match that never even started . After contacting support I was told that I had been refunded too many times already from their app crashing and that I was playing at my own risk of this happening. Competent unacceptable considering it is a problem with their app.

    I have screen shot proof of being ranked in second in a game and then k was in third after reported game. This is a scam its not based on skill I will be reporting this to the cfpb if all my money isnt refunded Ive seen this happen multiple times and now see proof. I want a refund Of every dollar Ive ever spent.

    I am writing to make a complaint about my skillz being band my account was recently deactivated and I was told that I violated rules by having multiple accounts I asked for the username of this account and when I was given the username of slayinurmom69 I made it clear that this was not me nor do I know who made this account My only account is **********. That's the only account I play on that's the only account I spend money on that is the only account I sign on to that is the only account I know of. I then tried to ask what I could do going forward to make sure that my account could not be closed due to someone else using my information to make an account. I have changed my email password even. When I sent a message asking this the response I got was my account being deactivated again because skillz thought I was asking them to deactivate my account when I was asking how to keep my account from being permanently deactivated. My question was never answered my account did get reopened again. But this evening when I went to log on I am now not able to access it and my account has been closed yet I have not been on since the last time I have reached out about the same issue. I have been a skills member for almost a full year now and I have been black tier The entire time. I have put quite a bit of money into this app to work to keep my black tier for an entire year. After coming to the BBB website it is clear that I am not the only person that this has happened to and this has happened to many others. I would like my account back and I would like an explanation as to what information is being used to make the second accounts or other accounts and I would like to know what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future because I am not making the accounts and I do not know who is. This is absolutely not right

    I played skillz games for a while, but was banned permanently due to having more than one account. However, what actually happened, was my identity was stolen. They also used a stolen card on one of the accounts they made pretending to be me. I have no idea who did this, but I am extremely upset that Skillz has never responded to my emails or helpdesk inquiries to help with this problem. I have resolved the issue of the stolen identity. (my phone was stolen and they had access through it). I'm disappointed with how Skillz has handled this issue. They have zero way to be contacted once they deem you as "banned". I want my account back! I can't even make a new account because I'll be banned for more than one account!

    They banned my account for no reason and this isnt the first time they wait until Ive won anywhere from $300-$2000 then they say Ive been cheating which is a lie Im just really good at the game. This company is a scam they will use any excuse to not pay out the winners its as if they dont make enough money off of each game. They are greedy as f*** I want my payout that is owed and my account reinstated and to not have my account banned ever again
