I ordered 2 items from Stitchfix 6/3/25. It is now 6/20/25 & my order is yet to arrive. I have chatted with Stitchfix Customer Service online several times & have been told that the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. That is yet to happen. I have received 1 email from customer service stating that they "are looking into it". Not sure what that means, my order has been sitting in Bridgeport, NJ for over 2 weeks now & hasn't moved - clearly lost in transit. 6/20/25 I chatted again with customer service online & asked for a phone # to contact a manager at Stitchfix I was told that they would call me. I had attempted to use this service. They had sent out a shipment, which due to a *** issue, was not delivered to my address, and I was unable to find the package. I reached out and informed them of this, and they agreed to send out another package. The second package also shows delivered, however it was once again not delivered to me. When I reached out this time, they told me that they have deactivated my account, and would be charging me the full price for the items I never received. This is ridiculous and they refuse to reason with me, despite federal laws in place saying that I cannot be forced to pay for products and services which I did not receive.Initial Complaint

I ordered a fix and now that I try to pay they have all my payment info jumbled and mixed up. I have already returned items I don't want and the system tried to take funds from a card I did not select to pay with. When I try to update, it says updated, but doesnt.
There is no phone, chat not available so I have to email. Poor service when I needed assistance immediately.I wont ever use them again due to this type of service and mix up with my pay info. Its unprofessional and I highly distrust this company now. Also my pay info was not supposed to be saved . They have royally messed this up. When I tried to pay yesterday, the amount would not show. They need to work on their website. Please assist so I can get this taken care of then my info is to be deleted from their system entirely. Stitch Fix lacks a customer service number; chat was unavailable during the stated hours, and emails remain unanswered. I placed a freestyle order; after a two-week delay, only one package arrived. After notifying the company I would discontinue service, I could not reach them. A screenshot of a recent (at least 15 since June 1, 2025) failed chat attempt is attached. This occurred after 5 PM CT, though their site indicates availability until 6 PM CT. This constitutes a UDAAP violation, hindering customer contact or preventing it as retaliation.Initial Complaint

I have been charged a total of $30. $20 in February and $10 again in April, and I never received any items. I need to cancel my subscription and be refunded the $30 back to my payment method, which is ****** (***********************************)The $20 hold was never removed from my account and I never received any shipments from stitch fix. I had an active StitchFix account from 2018-2019 and cancelled afterwards. This month I was randomly charged to reactivate my account (which I did not ask for). I tried to log in but I don’t remember my password from 5+ years ago and it would not allow me to reset my password.
There is no public facing phone number but the website stated to submit an email and they will send back a confirmation with a ticket number to be handled within 2 business days.
I have received no communication from StitchFix, neither a response nor a confirmation of my complaint.
I’m disputing the charge with my bank but I do not want to have to do this month after month…. Especially when this has been a closed account for a long time.
I have no clue how or why they reactivated my account, and I’m scared they are going to send clothes to an old address that I cannot log-in and change… and then charge for said clothes.Initial Complaint

I was notified today that my account with this company was shut down due to similarities with other peoples accounts and missing items. I have not had an account with ******************, so I find it hard to believe that my address and email are associated with other accounts. I was in the hospital and my fiance had to send items back. He forgot some items and I contacted Stitch Fix immediately after they attempted to charge me for the items. I requested a replacement return label and have sent the forgotten items back. I also included a dress I had purchased that did not fit to be returned/refunded. Since they contacted me today and told me they were shutting down my account, I will not receive this refund but they will be receiving all their items that they are claiming I am not returning. This is an unfair solution and I dont deserve to be punished for accounts that might look like they are associated with me BUT are not! I have followed through on my part of returning their items and deserve to maintain my account or at least get my refund for the dress I purchased and returned with their items. In January, I was charged by Stitch Fix for a shipment that was never sent. After noticing that I never received the package, I contacted Stitch Fix customer support. They acknowledged that the issue was on their end and assured me that I would receive a ********* has now been over 3 months since that initial communication, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted both my bank and ******, and they have confirmed that the transaction went through successfully on their end and there are no holds or issues preventing a refund.Stitch Fix has continued to delay the resolution of this matter, which is causing me financial hardship. I am requesting immediate action to process my refund and close this issue.Desired Resolution:A full refund for the January transaction and confirmation of the refund being processed.
