      I ABSOLUTELY have been discriminated against by stitchfix. I live in a trailer park and as you know trailer parks have an address and lot #s for each individual trailer which acts like an apartment #. Well someone must have done something horrible to them from this trailer park I guess. That I tried to get a subscription box of clothing from them & for my gift I received a gift card of $100 that can only be used through their website nowhere else well they deactivated my account saying after careful consideration we needed to deactivate your account to uphold our terms and conditions and to use fairly across all clients. And its only to make our community safe and secure. I did nothing wrong but tried to schedule a box for myself and purchase two pairs of jeans to use up the gift card. What was so wrong with that. So to me that discriminating against EVERYONE WHO LIVES IN THE TRAILER PARK. Am I right. Now how can I get my pants or get the money back from them for the gift card my father got me? I am so upset. And they reply to me on that. So another words they make out. They have a gift card worth $100 that evidently they have and cancelled those pants in me and will not send it. So they win win while I lose and so does the whole trailer park. Thats not fair at all!

      Ive ordered from Stitch Fix three times only one order arrived. The other two were never even shipped. I got a refund for one, but the other has been a huge hassle. Despite multiple emails, Ive received no response or refund. Very disappointing experience.

      Poor styling that had nothing to do with my submitted style preferences. Never heard of any of the brands. They even started sending me 2 kits! Very, very, very difficult to contact. I had to spend over 30 minutes just trying to cancel my subscription. Really, an AWFUL experience and NOTHING like what was advertised.

      So I was an avid customer for 5 to 6 years getting staples for my closet for work and other things. Ive been received a item to which I asked if I could like return it and still keep the discount for all five items. If you dont buy all items you get charged the retail price of each and so they wanted me to pay for just four items Send the fifth item back and then wait an additional 3 to 5 days to be processed for a refund. So essentially I was havingto pay more because they sent me a damaged item that they couldnt exchange because they didnt have the inventory to exchange it. Then they sent mean email back saying thats all they would do for me and so I will just say this wasnt the first time I receive something damaged but the only time Ive actually complained about it. Would not recommend getting anything from this business. They are overpriced and are poor in customer service.

      Good luck calling anyone or getting any help. This company refuses to take the sales tax off of my order, even though I am a 100% disabled veteran that is tax exempt. They instead let a disabled veteran on fixed income know that I can just pay the taxes up front and eventually get refunded. Not a possibility for most people in today's economics. They don't care about veterans, and they just want to take your money!

      They cannot be contacted, the live chat has been shut down on their web site, they do not return emails, there is no way to close your account and there is no phone number for customer service. The business seems to be completely fraudulent.

      On 10/31/2024 an amount of ****** was withdrawal from my bank account at 4:22 am for an order that I didn't place. I haven't used this company in over 4 years they still have my old address down for my address and have moved into another part of the city for 4 years now the clothes that was chosen was not my style. I cant call anyone nor have they responded to my email since 6:00 am this morning. This order was placed 10/12/2024 fraudulently I just asked for my refund I dont want to use this service at all

      Well I can see why they **** at the BBB. I order and 2 items I just wanted to trade for one bigger size. Then they charge me over full price. Didn't want the sizes that were to big. Said they would pay me back. If I sent them back. So I did. now they won't refund me my money back they short me over $100. The thing that is the worst they have no phone # for you to call. Their chat feature ***** it wont even answer the question you asked about. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!! Finally found a # and its nothing but to leave messages on. Don't make the same mistake i did and not read there D- BBB rating

      Literally a scam. Did stitch fix because I was starting a new job and I had a code to get my first box with no styling fee and it literally said "order total $0" and then I was charged $20 which I immediately filed a complaint about. Still have not received that money. Tried to cancel the box but it shipped anyways. Tried to return all the clothes and found out they only put a return label on one of the return bags provided. Tried to log on to get a second shipping label and found my account was abruptly deactivated and I have no way to return these clothes. Came on here to file complaint and found this is a regular practice for them. Nightmare.

      Not surprisingly, Stitchfix has a D- and 1.62/5. Let's tell everyone to boycott it so it'll go out of business. They seemed to like abruptly deactivating accounts, sometimes for no reason at all. And it always seems to be when a customer still has a Fix, and they can't log in, and they get stressed. Are they going to be charged hundreds for clothes they don't want? That happened to me, and Stitchfix refused to respond to my emails, I couldn't chat because they barred me from logging in, and there's no phone number. It was close to my last day, and I couldn't login, so I couldn't extend it, or reach anyone. They left me hanging and stressed for weeks.Their agents are all rude and unfair to customers of certain ethnicities. They seem to have agents in the ** and abroad who have deep-seated biases against certain people, and they'll make sure to word emails/chats rudely, and give you a hard time. They might abruptly deactivate your account for nothing, too. Take a stand against unfair, rude treatment, and boycott Stitchfix. Tell everyone you know to not subscribe or purchase anything from it. Let's all make it go out of business. Startup founders and leaders tend to be weird, greedy people enjoying life as billionaires, anyway.
