      Tried to start service with them using a $20 promotion that would make the $20 styling fee $0, however, Ive had to make multiple accounts because my account become inactive ***** hours after I make them, without any explanation. Now that *** made my 3rd account trying to start service, *** received an email notifying me that its come to their attention multiple accounts in their system that share my information and for which i have received promotional credit (havent received anything because my accounts keep getting deactivated and my orders kept getting cancelled without explanation, an issue that Ive reached out to support to try to fix before I received this final email about having multiple accounts. Needless to say, this company isnt professional, and doesnt follow through with their promotions. Not sure how this company has any business, if they do.

      On 8/2020 I cancelled my subscription (to which they reply that they never received) because I moved out of state and was no longer in need of their services. Now, this email was sent from my old email account that has been inactive since I left my job. Fixes were continuing to be sent (unknown to me) to that address (unauthorized) and my bank account has been charged (unauthorized) for those fixes. I would have never received any emails because its an email that is non existent. Now, I should have been more aware that my bank account was being charged, however I do not have anything to do with our bank account. (Up until Friday 11/25) when my husband asked me about still getting Stitch Fix. Thats when it was realized that Stitch Fix was still sending to my old address. Items that I NEVER received. immediately called my bank, Stitch Fix but they were not available. Was communicating via email, then started calling them again on Monday 11/28 and yet again today 11/29 during business hours. I finally received an email today that under their TERMS of USE there was NOTHING they could do. I am financially responsible for the fixes that I never received? I found it ironic that they arent held responsible for an email that I wouldve sent to cancel that they claim never received. Yet, Im responsible for fixes that I never received. I had no clue that they were even being delivered because the email used doesnt exist any longer. I wouldve never been able to log in because of that. No email, no authorization, no request for payment, just taken from my bank account. I find it difficult to believe that theres NOTHING that they can do. And to add insult, it was written that i should understand their position! I think not, especially since theres no understanding on their end. They did send me (after having to request them) the delivery dates and one of them has a picture of a package sitting on the front steps of my old home. ANYONE could have grabbed that package.

      I put a hold on my delivery until February and they removed money from account on 10/31/22. This is a hardship for me.

      I have been trying to cancel the subscription with stitch fix for the past one week and a half. They only allow canceling through sending them a request, to which they say theyll reply within 2 days. As of 10/26/22 I am still waiting for a reply to more than 5 requests I have sent since 10/15/22. They have charged a subscription fee of $20 and at this point I dont know if theyll continue charging me the fee.

      Sometime in the past 30 days, it would appear that my Stitch Fix account was compromised. I tried to preview my next delivery and found that my account had been deactivated. I reached out to customer service, and they said that I had several shipments remain unpaid. I responded that my most recent order was in September of which I paid the full amount for the enclosed items (receipts in hand). They responded that they have "ample proof" that I somehow am responsible for the orders they are referring to. I have NO communication from them about any unpaid items. I've asked them to trace the ** address used, verify the shipping address used for these orders etc. and I have not received any information. They are accusing me of fraudulent activity which I find extremely insulting. If my account information was hacked, I would like to know how Stitch Fix allowed this and why I am being treated as if I did something wrong. I am an ethical businessperson and feel that this company should have more stringent fraud controls in place to protect customers from being targeted and wrongly accused. Please reach out to this company on my behalf as I can't even sign in to see how "order history" they are speaking of. They have said I can no longer do ANY business with them and I find this absolutely unacceptable - punishing me for something a fraud ring did. They should at the least provide evidence to their claim instead of slandering my ethics.

      On 10/1/22 I received confirmation from Stitch Fix that they were canceling the account per my request.On 10/15/22 I received an email indicating I was being charged $49. For a style pass. I did not order or authorize a style pass and deleted the app completely on 10/1!I would like a refund to this and a complete removal of my account and records from Stitch Fixs database.

      I ordered my first StitchFix in June of 2022. First, I was not getting any confirmation of the order, when I contacted them they say emails were being returned so I gave them a different email address as protonmail with some systems, has t literally be spelled ou, they ended up what was then 2 accounts. I waited.and waited..the Fix never came, went to post office says it was delivered. So I contacted StitchFix again after filing missing package with ***** **************** apologized and said they are showing it lost in transit and that another Fix would be shipped right away. That was August, its about 4 weeks later so I thought I would at least check to see if indeed it was shipped and to my surprise it shows that my Fix was still in the process of being picked! Yet I received email couple weeks ago on items they asked if I liked for my order! When I contacted them today the customer service rep apologized and assured me I would not be charged for anything I have not received which currently I have received nothing, ZERO! Then I get a second email from someone named **** stating that I did indeed receive my second Fix, that U was being removed from theyre system completely and if I dont return the items, they would have to take the step further! By that time I was so mad I could not see straight and sent him an email stating that he is the rudest most unprofessional customer rep I ever dealt with. Why would anyone even go through the hassle of keeping a box? They have all your information but now what he is declaring (to save his butt) is that I received my Fix and they want it back very threatening. I told him I wanted the email sent to his supervisor to hear how horrendous this man was behaving! So far no Fixes delivered and apparent they must be out 2 boxes and are catching slack from the boss The nerve to blame a paying customer of lying!!! Im not finished with them yet. A good attorney already is looking into it seems Im not the only one!

      In July 2022 I opened a new Stitch Fix account because my previous attempts to resolve an issue for previous account was not being resolved, and I had previously enjoyed receiving my Stitch Fix boxes. I opened my account, and went through the process of creating my style profile. My box was curated with my preview in which I paid the stylist fee and selected some pieces I would like. On August 5, 2022 I received my first box, but on 8/4/2022 learned that I could not log in to my account and that it had been deactivated. I attempted to reset my password, emailed customer service, called customer service, and was sent 2-3 auto generated emails stating that they were looking into the problem and someone would get back to me. Now, I have my box, I must check out prior to 5 days of receiving the box, and am unable to log in to my account to do so. No one at Stitch Fix has emailed me about a resolution, no one at Stitch Fix ha called me. Yes, I did have a previous account in which I emailed several times as well. They instructed me to update that account with updated payment information, which I did, and that everything would be fine after that......it was not. This company does not follow through on what they explain to their customers to do. Accounts are deactivated with products in hand without the ability to exchange product online or to return on the webpage because I have been locked out. I feel that I am fraudulently being given merchandise and not being able to give feedback and adequately fulfill my obligation as they have advertised, but yet took my styling fee of $20.00 then locked my account. I have spoken with others who have had this same issue happen, and this is very concerning. Stitch Fix used to be so dependable, but now is awful with robotic auto generated misleading emails, and scripted calls when you happen to get a customer service rep. I would like help resolving this matter, because I have ran out of options.

      I have been with stitch fix for quite some time. I have had my account, my youngest daughter added to my profile, and then tried to make my oldest daughter her own since she is in junior clothing like I was told. I have always been a perfect paying customer and we are talking about a payment to them every two weeks for the past 8 months maybe longer. My mother then tried to open a stitch fix account and then from there we started having problems. My account was automatically deactivated without any response as to why. I then had to ****** the number for them because I was not getting a response nor was I getting help with the FAQ's or Email Team. I was told that I was in violation of their policy due to have multiple accounts. I have explained to them that I have moved in to my mom's. We have had my sister live here who once had an account as well. When asked why I was being punished they could not give me an answer but assured that my account would be reactivated. I have still yet to get a response nor call back like promised. I have also yet to get an account that was reactivated! I am now receiving an email asking if I am ready to check-out but have YET been given a resolution or explanation. I am very upset that this is happening to someone who was constantly paying the account and was not only paying one but two and in the process of adding a third. This company has to be stopped because this is a true scam. How do those who live in apartment complexes get stitch fix if there is constantly people moving in or out. Is that not discriminating those who live with family members or in apartment complexes?

      My mom tried to sign my daughter up for stitch fix for her bday. Was told she could not have an account because one already existed for our address. We do not have this service. No account was created but we received a box anyway. With no account we could not **** as returned. **************** was notified, no response beyond stating she didn't have an account. Well yesterday the debit card was billed for ******. Again, clothing returned, no account exists. Obviously we want money returned and will be reporting as fraud to the bank. The account was to be listed under *************************. The name on debit card to be billed was *************************. I have multiple customer service emails stating no account was created, so how can you steal from someone's bank?
