      Stitch Fix is such garbage. They get their items from ********* and just upsell EVERYTHING. Stay away.

      Stitch Fix does not have a tab to delete your account from their website. I just spent over an hour on the phone (I got the number from a site called "Pissed Consumer", not their website since it is not located there) with someone who could not tell me how to use their instructions (published elsewhere online) to cancel the account. Eventually she discovered that their email was listed several pages down on their Privacy Policy, and that I'd have to contact them through that in order to delete my account. This is a fraudulent practice--they will allow you to sign up easily, but will not allow you to cancel the account without going through extraordinary measures. NEVER SHOP STITCH FIX.

      Stitch Fix is a joke, they literally fire EE for their lack of not having the inventory to sale to make the customer happy. Their inventory is really non existent but instead of getting better up to date clothes to sale they would rather blame the employees. I have tried to go on their website several time and have NEVER found anything that I would wear. Their lack of quality and good pieces makes it impossible for a stylist to actually assist me. This is what this company should be focusing on instead of blaming your employees to sell something YOU don't have you should be putting that energy into getting better products and updating your inventory cause it sucks!!!!!

      I returned clothing to stitch fix; they still charged my credit card. I tried to cancel my account, but their website does not give you that option, you have to change your delivery frequency to "on demand" I reported the charge to my credit card company. I tried calling the number listed on my credit card statement, but it sends you straight to a voicemail.

      I was really surprised to end up loving Stitchfix, even though it's a bit more than I generally pay for clothes and I doubted they could pin my style. The first "******************** preview" I got was ok, not great, but I didn't need any of it so rejected it all and waited for my surprise fix. And that time they nailed it. The fit was amazing and the clothes were nice professional wear, not everyday casual stuff I could easily find. I even liked the jumpsuit, and I've never even tried one on before. I ended up keeping it all (after getting a second opinion from my more stylish sister.) A while later I did have a quality issue the first time I wore one cardigan, which despite thick cozy fabric couldn't stand up to mom-life and some threads came out. I emailed customer service and they went above and beyond. (They gave me a refund, some credit to shop, and even waived my next styling fee.) I've bought a few products in Freestyle and they've been great. While I probably will rarely get a fix due to the cost, I like it so far. It's like getting special capsule pieces to upgrade my wardrobe.

      This is a terrible company. They have taken money out of my Pay pal without permission. This company continues to send me clothes even after I cancelled. They sent me a email confirming that I was canceled but still try and get $20.00 out of my account For stying fees and to send me more clothes. Unique Idea but poorly executed.
