When parking in the lot the ** code did not work. Usually when this happens you receive a text saying payment failed and then you pay. I didnt get the text. My friend who parked right next to me got a text. We went to the lot and found a violation ticket. I reached out to the company via their ticket info and have yet to receive a response.Initial Complaint

AirGarage automatically charged me a full days parking fee plus a convenience fee based on my license plate and a previous parking session (which apparently gave them ongoing access to my CC #). My husband had the car and was attempting to make the parking payment but the garage didnt have cell service so he was delayed. Now we have two charges for the same parking session. Predatory.Initial Complaint

I parked in this lot on Wednesday April 16. I used the online app to pay $5. There is NOWHERE in the viewable payment screen that says you must "Check Out" of the parking lot. I hit the "start parking" button, closed the browser, and I was done with the parking space within 20 minutes; I had a very busy day so I didn't check my phoen again. Hours later I noticed a text message had been sent informing me that I must "check out" of the parking space using the app or it would CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME PAST THE ORIGINAL $5. This is outrageous. No parking app works this way. This is just a scam designed to trick consumers.Initial Complaint

Predatory Practices - AirGarage ******************************** 1.The notice is dated March 28, 2025 (copy attached) for parking on 2/25/2025 but did not arrive until Monday April 7th creating an urgency to pay without question.2.I have not paid the $68 demanded, and the notice threatens to increase the fine by an undisclosed amount if payment is not received within 30 days of 2/25/2025.3.There is no way to contact the company by phone, and the web page only provides for data entry of credit card information. There is no way to discuss or dispute the charge. **** the parking lot, the mechanical payment device was very difficult to use. I made several attempts but failed to pay in advance, before hurrying to my appointment.5.There was no parking attendant, and no phone number to call for assistance. The payment instructions, cost to park and amount of the fine were not clearly posted. No receipt or voucher was dispensed at the time.6.The notice implies if a customer feels it was an error they can visit ******************************************, I tried to contact Airgarage but no such contact information exists on that web page! 7.The lot is situated directly across from **********************************. It preys on technologically challenged senior citizens who have an eminent doctors appointment at the hospital. If a patient is late they risk losing the appointment that took weeks to obtain! This seems an opportunists deliberate intent to collect revenue for unfairly issued parking violations. The untimely delivery two weeks after the date it was issued creates an urgency that precludes attempts to reconcile.Initial Complaint

I parked in a lot outside of a bar and the lot was clearly marked to pay for parking. It was raining so I ran inside and scanned the ** code to begin filling out my info for parking. It took a few minutes bc I dont know my license plate number so I ran outside in the rain to get it. I stayed for 1 hour and even used the bars discount code to get half of my parking. I ended my parking time and was charged around $1.50. Got to my car to find a ticket for $78. After trying to dispute it they offered 50% off the ticket. Absolutely not, I paid for parking and will not give this scammy company any more of my money. Ill walk blocks before I park in an air garage lot ever again. I dont even see a way to call them and thats obviously on purpose.Initial Complaint

I parked my wife's car at the ********* in ****** ****. There was a sign with a ** code to pay for parking. This was paying "Airgarage" a fee for a parking spot. Friends that met us there went online to pay. I looked at the ** but my older phone said this was an insecure site and could be a scam. I also did not know the license plate number. On my was out some friends said they would help me pay our $4.00. I walked over to get your plate number but already had a Parking violation on my windshield. This a perfect example of a money grab. There was no criminal intent on my part, its strictly a lack of information at the time. Is there a set time you need to pay after shutting off your motor? when you go to settle the issue online the rate is $88. to settle. NO wonder they get that "parking violation ticket on your vehicle right away. For us older people that cannot use modern technology. how am I expected to pay. I would be happy if there was a mailing address for me to mail in my $4.00 checkInitial Complaint

********* charged my credit card three times without consent. (They also saved my credit card to their system without clear consent.) I would like a refund of the charges outlined below:
On January 20, 2025 my credit card account ending **** was charged $25.49. On January 21, 2025 another charge was made to card **** for $25.49. I did not authorize these charges, nor did I receive an receipt or purchase confirmation from them. I received a text message to my phone ************ saying they had started a parking rental on my behalf. I have never given them consent to do so. I was parked in an ********* spot, and if I was there in violation then they should have placed a violation ticket on my windshield, which is the action that is taken for other cars in the parking area.
I was charged a third time on 2/28/25 to card ending **** for $25.49. That I do have a receipt for (attached) with #****-****.
All three of these charges were applied to the vehicle with CA plate *******.
I don’t have any other information related to the charges nor know why they initiated them.
One of my biggest issues here is that other cars in the facility receive a ticket on their car if parked in violation. So why am I instead being charged directly? If my car is parked in violation the parking regulations, then the ********* team can certainly put a ticket on my car, but I don't want them charging my credit card directly, especially when they don't do the same for all other vehicles.
I have reached out to the ********* team multiple times via email regarding these charges, and they have yet to directly answer my questions or concerns as to why they store my card without consent and charge my credit card on my behalf.
I would like all those charges refunded.Initial Complaint

I was visiting ****** for my children and we needed to grab some breakfast first, I found a parking garage by the *********** at 320Magnolia that said public parking so I pulled in. I pulled into a parking spot and we got out and began to walk to our destination, I saw two signs on the left wall that said scan to pay and assumed that that was upon leaving because thats how a typical parking garage works. We ate our breakfast and then walked back to the car, on the way back there was a sign on the left that said scan to pay before walking away. I get to my car and there is a ticket on my windshield for $88. I was only there for 20 minutes so it would have been free. When I contacted them, they refused to offer anything but a 50% discount even when I mentioned the signs that do not give clear directions she just sent me a picture of different signs that I never saw. I will never use an air garage again.Initial Complaint

So I entered my information in, and this was my first time doing this. Then at the bottom it said start parking, so I told my friend and my friend asked if it gave u a time and I stated no and so I reentered the same information again and I hit start parking, so after a minute it started working. So we came back to the car a before I saw the window violation, I exactly hit stop parking and it say owes $8.00. So when I saw the window violation and scanned it, and it say I owe $78 if it pay in 7 days if I don**;t pay it in 7 days then its $88. Violation # JZH558, is for no payment.Customer Answer
