    I had gotten a room at ***********. This included free parking. I parked, went into the room and when I came back out 30 minutes later both of our cars had tickets on them. I reached out the the website and disputed the violation. Immediately it was said that the vialation was confirmed and they would take half at $44.

    On Saturday February 22nd 2025, I went to go park in a parking lot owned by this company in question to visit a business located close by called ****************. This brewery stated they validated parking for said lot and I ordered from the business and validated my parking online at 4:17PM using the ** code located in the lot. This process of parking and getting it validated all happened within the span of 10 minutes. When I returned to my car, I received a parking ticket even though I validated my parking in a reasonable time. The only way that I was even able to validate my parking was to walk into the shop, get a code, and then enter it in online. I tried to dispute the ticket on their website and it was giving me errors, with no other convenient way to contact the business to settle the dispute other than the social media links. My complaint is that the ticket was issued before a reasonable time has passed before I could even validate my parking, and even with validated parking I cannot dispute the ticket without getting errors. I have attached photos with my validated parking, the ticket that I received, the website showing errors, and proof of payment at the business that I visited during that time frame.

    The ******* lot has always been $4 an hour. On 2/20/25 it said it was a $25 flat rate. There is no way on earth I would ever agree to pay $25 for one hour when there were far cheaper options nearby so on the app I clicked other options and then clicked street parking and then suddenly it said they charged me $25 even though I never hit pay or agree or start parking I tried to call, text and email and only got a robotic response via text that did not even answer my question for a refund. Also I asked them to remove my credit card and close my account to avoid future unwanted charges and they have not replied. No one answers the phone and the text is a bot. Also I filed this same complaint but put a space between air and garage rather than airgarage so it did not go to the correct page so I am trying again.

    On Monday 2/17/25 we visited a bakery in ******, ** called *******. There were signs in the parking lot for 15 minute spots at said bakery but in the spot we parked in there was no signage whatsoever about needing to pay for parking. No sign on the building we went into either. Upon returning to our vehicle at 2:45 pm we received a parking violation notice from Airgarage. Only the bottom half was filled out not letting us know what the reason for our violation even was. We found out when we clicked on the ** code. My husband who is avoidant of conflict paid the ticket and moved on. Upon my further research there were Reddit threads about other people being fleeced by this company with the same complaint there was no signage whatsoever, so we didnt know to pay. Others threatening to post complaints here on the BBB and with the City of ****** then not having to pay. Considering they have an F rating its obvious their business practices are not up to par. Just more hoping this doesnt happen to more people as they are clearly being shady. I did send in a complaint to the company via their website and of course they did not reply in the 1 hour time frame they advertised. I guess Ill keep sending complaints to see if they respond. If this happens to you do not pay it.

    Air Garage Parking Lot located at *********************************** (corporate headquarter in *************, I believe).Tuesday, January 28, 2025 parked in lot, scan QR code for parking, entered credit card. Day rate of $30 or $6.52 per hour.Wednesday, January 29, 2025 - received text my car was parked an not registered, I was charged $30 day fee + $15 convenience fee. I departed the parking lot at 10:00am. I have screen shots of each of these transactions with time stamp on my phone.I emailed the company requested refund of $45 was told no.

    1/30/25 I parked in an air garage parking lot & tried to pay texting according to the signage in the lot to no avail. They want to charge me $78 for a parking violation because their instructions aren't good or their system wasn't working. When I disputed they sent me 50% off the orig amount of $88. This is a SCAM. I was totally willing to pay an normal parking fee and tried multiple times to do so. Anything over $20 is unaceptable. I don't even know what the regular fee is because the system never responded via text.

    Their signage is fraudulently vague. It is customary to pay upon leaving a parking garage. But AirGarage signs do not indicate that the payment process must be initiated via text immediately after parking your car, not upon driving out of the garage. I was shocked to find an $88 ticket on my car. When I protested the ticket they offered a 50% discount - so $44 for a 7 hour stay that should have cost no more than $12. Never again.

    For parking at ********* in downtown ******, ** from 7:29pm until 10:13pm on December 19, 2024 Airgarage gave my car a parking violation ticket incorrectly, claiming I had not paid. I submitted a dispute through Airgarages on-line support process that included a receipt photo that proved that I paid fully and properly. Airgarages system instantly rejected my dispute, meaning that no one even looked at my photo evidence. The bogus rejection included an offer for me to pay half the $78 fine to make the dispute go away. Airgarages dispute process is at least a sham (instant rejection) and likely a racket (pay me to make the problem I caused you go away).

    Airgarage charged me $60 for parking in my own reserved parking spot at my job, and is not reversing the ticket. I work for ******************* and was parked in a spot labeled "reserved for Hoptinger employees". I'm requesting the company reverse the ticket, stop ticketing the employees that are rightfully parking in their respective spots, and for the company to never contact me/or come near me or my vehicle again. They are clearly trying to scam people out of their money by ticketing employees using employee parking spots.

    I reserved a parking spot for **************** ******************************************************. That was 22 Sept Parking dates were from 12Nov to 11Dec.I parked in the parking lot 8am 12 Nov and parked next to the only 1 other vehicle there.. Received an email that my credit card just paid the month rental $53.77 Returned from my trip to ****** 28 Nov and my car was gone ,not on the parking lot. Spent $153 on hotel next morning I had a police report written up. A week later I got a letter from *******************. A friend drove me back to ******* to pick it up which I did. Towing bill which I had to pay on cash was $747 ouch.. contacted Airgarage. Here is their response:"Hello, I'm ****** from Airgarage.Sorry to hear your car is missing. We stopped operating at this lot 10/1 so all notifications for our monthly renters were sent a month prior. Because the rental was created before 10/1 it let you create it but the selected start date was for after our closure. The system shouldn't have let you start the rental so we fully refunded you".. Which I think has been done. This Was entirely Airgarage at fault if not fraud by renting me a service/product they did not own.Oh, a couple of days ago they sent me a reminder to continue my parking spot. What an expensive nightmare.
