    Do not use this app. these guys are absolute 100% criminals. the mobile app is an absolute piece of utter dogshit and this company will charge you all sorts of fees and additional charges for things that it says you should have done that the app or website had no information whatsoever about. if you read their support documentation it is pretty hilarious as the support will reference user interfaces that do not exist whatsoever.

    Something I had written previously: This is without a doubt the worst garage I've parked in for years under the new ownership. Be warned that it is a ripoff and they will refuse to refund you. A few things. It used to cost $3/hour. When I parked on Thursday, it was around that price. So when I parked there Sunday to do a 20 minute errand, I was shocked to have to pay a flat rate of $20. This is completely dead downtown ******** in the afternoon with no special events.I wrote an email to ask for a refund, and they wrote back as if they didn't understand that I was asking for a refund. This is the passive aggressive code for we don't give a f*** about you. Please do park here with caution. Or better yet park in the lot right next door that still charges $3/hour.

    Air Garage pricing is opaque. The prices are displayed at the entrance, but any given day the rates will fluctuate and will surprise you with flat rate fees that are not clearly displayed when entering the garages they manage. The application they use to charge for parking has a screen where the "pay now" button is well below the top, where the price is displayed, so it's very easy to click pay without a clear understanding of what price you will be paying. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I will not patronize their business going forward.

    I was fraudulently charged by this company for a parked car with a totally different license tag than mine from a different state. It is impossible to dispute the charges or to contact anyone with this company. It is a total scam and you should avoid setting up an account at all cost.

    Unfortunately, had to park in an AirGarage structure for dinner. Scanned the ** code and entered a discount code for 3 hours. This was my first time parking there and having to use the website. There was a countdown timer for 3 hours so I just figured it would expire (as do most parking lots when a meter expires); but instead, I got hit with the daily maximum of $30 because I didn't go back to the website to "end my rental." Even when I contacted customer support to explain what happened, all they did was give $7.50 off. I provided documentation showing when I finished dinner (inferring I left the lot), but they weren't hearing it and now have stopped communicating with me. I advise everyone to avoid using AirGarage since they're super shady and unclear about their rates/processes for parking on a lot. I plan on contacting my cc company to file a chargeback.

    No signs anywhere regarding payment instructions. Parked for ~3 hrs to attend wedding reception at the attached hotel. Received email the next morning that I owed $60. Had no choice but to pay. Will never use Air Garage sites again.

    Terrible to a mind-boggling degree. I can't believe this company is still in business and still being used by parking lots. If you're considering AirGarage to manage your lot, PLEASE read the reviews here and reconsider. As others have noted, the company has insanely high rates, unclear signage, non-existent customer service, and rude responses if you can actually get anyone to reply. I would spend as much time as needed driving around to find a different place to park rather than park in an AirGarage lot.

    Air Garage- wow talk about price gouging. I parked in a lot that was apparently once FREE to business patrons. I was there for 10 min. and got slammed with a 68 dollar parking ticket. The lot did have signs that said pay to park but I only saw them on one side of the lot not on the side i parked on and not in front of the spot I parked in. Getting ahold of this company to contest the ticket or in the least to get a reduced fee for a first time offense is nearly impossible. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

    I parked in a space that had no "pay to park" sign in a parking lot in ********** in Mt. Pleasant, SC to have lunch at a restaurant and take my out of town guests for a short walk along the boardwalk. After about one hour, I receive a text from AirGarage letting me know were charging me $65 for all day parking plus a convenience fee of $15.29. So $80 for less than two hours of parking. I happened to see the Air Garage employee in the lot and I showed him that there was no sign in the spot where I parked and he said he was just a contract employee and could not help me. I call the phone number on one of the signs. It was a recording that sent me to their app. There I issued an appeal complete with photos of the space. I was instantly denied via email with no opportunity to speak with anyone at the company. I will go very far out of my way to never use Air Garage again.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I parked on a public street in a handicap spot in my husband's car that has a state-issued handicap sticker on the rear license plate (because he is physically disabled) and were ticketed by airgarage for parking in said handicap space and non-payment. Washington State RCW allows for handicap individuals to park their vehicles with proper handicap indication for free in any handicap spot on a public street, regardless of the other stalls being pay to park or not. We filed a dispute with airgarage and they rejected it. Terrible company. We have already sent a complaint to the city and will take this further if needed. Airgarage is violating state law.
