Got me a replacement passport after I accidentally damaged mine two weeks before traveling for a family passport. Passport arrived in less than the 4 days I paid for, and ahead of a possible government shutdown. The concierge service was also extremely helpful throughout the (very confusing to me) process of expedited passport renewal. Would recommend.

I was in need of a passport for my infant son in a very short amount of time. I had Googled a few different services but was wary of anyone not officially a government agency. I needn't have worried. ****** and the entire team at Travel Visa Pro were so incredibly helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They responded to my calls and emails immediately and walked me through the entire process. I received my child's passport well in advance of our trip. 5 starsI can't recommend Travel Visa Pro enough!Travel Visa Pro recently helped me get my X2 study **** for China. Both my **** specialist and the staff at the ************* office were informed, and everyone handled my case with attention and care. I received my **** in record time (8 business days, including drop off and pick up), and Travel Visa Pro kept me posted every step of the way.Applying for a Chinese **** can be a stressful process, but Travel Visa Pro made the experience easy and so much more manageable. They walked me through and helped me review all of the documents I needed so that my **** application would be approved without any issues. 5 starsThe entire Travel Visa Pro team was helpful, communicative, and professional throughout what was a very stressful situation for me. With only nine days before my travel date, they helped me get a replacement passport with a name changeeven with a bank holiday in the mix! In particular, I want to call out ***** for being incredible in getting me the information and appointments I needed and for keeping me updated so I could feel less stressed and worried during the process.Review fromAmy L

1 starI started the **** process in the middle of April. I got passed along to at least three different **** agents during my 6 week journey including **************************, and ******. The entire process was laborious and long and exhausting. I tried to work with them for at least six weeks and during that time they had to redo the application at least twice because of significant errors on the application for example, mixing up my personal information with my husbands. I had to redo the application myself and sent it back to them for review. ******, the office manager, committed to personally handling our application because of how unhappy we were with all the errors and the long process of it all. No one got back to me for at least a week. So I had to reach back out to them on several occasions, including multiple emails and phone calls. When we confronted him about how unhappy we were with the **************** and the fact that we paid for the *** service and they advertise a streamlined process, he did not claim responsibility or own up to any part of the application process, which to us felt like very poor leadership. Because I was very unhappy with the **************** I had asked for a refund which ****** denied. He ultimately passed us back over to *****. They asked for another chance at getting the application process right however, I thought that it was already at least six weeks, and I did not have the time to waste anymore because I had less than six months left to get our ****. I am now writing this review one month later and I do not have that Concierge fee refunded to me. It may be of interest to know that they had asked me to pay $1,278 (in addition to the $200 Concierge fee). I could go on and on, but at the end of the day I canceled their services. I completed the application for myself and my husband on my own. We made a trip out to *******, we went to the Chinese consulate ourselves, we got the **** within three days, $185x2.Review fromTyson M

1 starComplete scam. Paid $200 to be told it would be another $600 to actually expedite the service, which is not clearly disclosed up front. When I cancelled, they charged a $49 "administrative fee" for processing the cancellation. Textbook example of providing poor up front disclosure and hoping the consumer is desperate enough to eat the cost. Not a winning business model longer term.Review fromRyan S

With all due respect all our prices are always promptly posted. We are very transparent. WE ARE NOT CHEAP, rather EXPENSIVE. We cater for emergency traveler - we can do US PASSPORT in 2 business days. I just do not have any other comment beyond it and we are very friendly and responsible. We work very hard 24/7 to help, but we cannot help people who are mad at themselves for forgetting about their passport expiration. It is not fair to blame our staff for this.Review fromNicholas G

5 starsIncredible! From the instant I made my purchase to the moment my order arrived, the team at TVP stood by me at every stage. I admit, I had some doubts initially, but the staff quickly dispelled them with their unwavering commitment to promptly responding to my emails and calls. Even when I interacted with different team members, they made it a point to include everyone I had previously spoken to in all our communications. Despite choosing the 5-week processing option, I received my passport back in just two weeks, right at my doorstep. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and would enthusiastically recommend their services in the future.
