1 starThey are very unprofessional , I have filed for a **** for ***** on April 24 2023 and submitted my passport and Application and up to now I have not heard from them , my trip is less than two weeks away , I may have to cancel my trip and I will be out of thousands of dollars .They promised I would have my **** and passport on May 13 and still have no idea when I will have it . When I call They become very vague or hang up . I spoke to the assistant to the *** , ****** and he now does not answer my calls . I think they are highly unprofessional outfit and when I researched them they had a good rating , but that has not been my experience at all . All I want now is my passport since they have managed to ruin two of my trips already .Review fromKristen S

5 starsExcellent customer service throughout the entire name change process! Thank you TVP team and *****, especially for helping me through each step. I highly recommend getting the concierge service if you're unsure about document requirements. The team caught a few hiccups on my documents before we kicked off the renewal and advised me how to fix them. I got my passport long before the expected return date as well! Very disappointed with them. They require a lot of paperwork, some of which (itinerary) is not required by the state department. They are too expensive upfront, and as you fill out your application, they keep adding fees that should normally be covered by them. This is especially frustrating when you pay them hundreds of dollars (excluding the ***** of ***** fee), and they still nickel and dime you and by the time you finish your application process you can't recognize the original price they offered you. Every business has to make a profit in order to exist and grow but these guys are surely ripping off customers who need passport services. Lastly, if you cancel your order (which you should), they still charge you a large fee. Why, they haven't done any work for you yet, other than an email or two? Very disappointing, and I hope you guys are ashamed of your unfair practices.

I apologize as there seems to have been a misunderstanding as to what services Travel Visa Pro does and does not provide. Travel Visa Pro has been an approved hand-carry **** passport expediter with the **** ********** of ***** since 2009. The **** Passport Hand-Carry program is a separate program which ********** of ***** runs for the convenience of **** Citizens. The program assists travelers, who cannot visit the nearest regional passport agency in-person, to obtain a passport in as little as a few business days.In the and with all due respect, you placed an order on our website yourself. You saw all fees disclosed openly. Yet, you added all mandatory and auxiliary items to the cart and made a purchase. It is ok if you changed your mind, but let ** know what you wish to do. We will cancel, if you wish to cancel. We will assist if you wish to proceed. But please be thoughtful, we are a small, covid-survivor business, we need understanding vs accusations. I used Travel Visa Pro to rush renew my passport before upcoming travel. Even though I had 5 weeks before travel date I decided it was too risky to use standard mail new renewal method with expedited processing as it's advertised delivery was 5-7 weeks. Making an in-person appointment in on **** of ***** processing centers looked like a scary option too as it's first come first serve. Travel Visa Pro was recommended by a friend, had an excellent reputation and reviews online, and was quick to respond in chat, in email, and over the phone. I opted in for 3-************* with 2-day delivery both ways. As soon as the order was placed I was contacted with the full list of required documents. Prior to sending the documents I was asked to upload all scans for pre-verification. Only after all docs were checked and confirmed I sent them via ***** using provided label. The order placed on Fri morning docs were sent on Fri afternoon with scheduled delivery on Tue. Travel Visa Pro received the docs one day earlier, on Monday, I was immediately notified via email, and order status got updated online to 'Processing'. Exactly 3 weeks after order placement, on Fri I received an email notification of completion of my order and the image of the new passport was uploaded to my account. On Tuesday I received my new passport by 2-day ***** service. Travel Visa Pro did an excellent job and fully delivered on the promise within the ordered time! I'm very happy with their service, communication, and online account access! I highly recommended Travel Visa Pro as a great and responsible company!Travel Visa Pro

I never leave reviews, but in this case I have too, I was on such a timeline to get my passport otherwise I would have lost a very expensive vacation dumb on my part. I reached out to travel visa pro and they said they could get it done. I was so nervous that I called every day and everyone I spoke to reassured me that it would work out. I have never been so happy with the service I have received! I did pay extra for cargo freight but listen to their recommendations! They didnt push it but I was on such a time crunch that I needed too. Special shout out to ******* and ******!! Would definitely use them again but hopefully I dont have too and will keep my passport valid! Best service I have received from any company ever!!Travel Visa Pro

Thank you to Travel Visa Pro for their service! I Fedexed them my application on a Thursday and received the ** passport back on the following Monday!They helped me to avert a travel crisis causing major stress. Three weeks out from an international vacation I needed a ** passport fast! I had originally planned to depart on my foreign passport and reenter the ** with my greencard, however, 3 weeks before this vacation a several-years long immigration process ended and I had a status change from US permanent resident to ** citizen. The only way I could reenter the ** would be with a ** passport. I learned that I could only get an urgent passport 14 days before travel and by visiting a regional agency, of which there are only around 26 in the **, and of course none in my state or near me!! Visiting a regional agency in person was going to require time off work, and the cost of flights and care hire. I entrusted Travel Visa Pro with the process of handcarrying my application to a regional agency and they got it done in days! It did take a few days preparation beforehand at my end to obtain passport photos, get an appointment with a passport agent at the post office to sign and seal my application, print my DS-11, print the hand-carry authorization form, get a cashier's check to include for the ** government for the passport, and send photos/photocopies of all the documentation to Travel Visa Pro to make sure EVERYTHING was correct (they caught two mistakes!). Travel Visa Pro walked me through the process, were available 24/7 by chat and phone when I had queries, and communicated clearly that they verified the paperwork, received it, obtained the passport, and provided a ***** tracking number to track its delivery to me. This company doesn't have an office in *******, and hasn't had in in years. However, the list an address for a virtual office location on their website, which recently they took off leaving just the city. Clients are fooled to believe that they actually are local company, when they have no operations in ******* and this only confuses them.Travel Visa Pro

The passport application must be submitted in one of regional passport agencies which accept hand-carry applications, which we or other hand-carry services submit. *********************** does not assist nor work with hand-carry services.
