    ******* and the workers were very thorough, going step by step to find the water leak in the basement and trying to minimize damage to my wooden floor in the area. They found the leak in the sewer line and kept keeping damage to floor and concrete to a minimum. Good job. They also kept good picture and narrative of their work and damaged sewer line for insurance purposes. The office staff got the information to my insurance company for possible re-imbursement. Another satisfied customer ****************************

    Ace plumbers: ***** and ********* were professional, courteous and informative regards sewer drainage problem ( an emergency). They found the problem (tree roots) and discussed repairs that will begin once weather clears. I.Highly recommend. They can prompt to appointment time, were efficient and clearly knew what to do even as it began to rain heavily they remained concentrated to resolve the problem. I would recommend them!.

    I woke to a leaking water heater installed in 2009. Called Ace and ****** responded and was back in an hour to replace the old Rheem with a new 40 gallon one. He and his helper did a professional job, keep us in the loop during the installation, cleaned up after they were finished and were great, and they checked all the connections carefully. I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing and Rooter to anyone. Super service and super employees! Thanks ****** and thanks ***!
