      Printify essentially owes me $9, and refuses to pay. Their customer service is stubborn, not very bright, and super combative.

      Printify's pricing isn't transparent, and they're engaging in false advertising. They claim to have a working integration with Shopify that takes care of taxes and shipping in real time; they don't. They claim to have transparent shipping options; they don't - 75% of my customer orders are lost in transit. They claim to charge one cost, but then jack up the price during production, which you have to pre-pay for. In one order, I made $2 on a $50 transaction, it was supposed to be $9. Their product is one that sounds good on paper, but fails miserably in practice.

      I am a registered ********** reseller. Printify has charged me sales tax and refuses to refund me for it even though I am exempt from paying sales tax for company purchases in ********** and I have submitted a valid ********** Resale Certificate. The purchases made were for ********** customers.

      Printify charged me twice, amount I never made a purchase for customer service is non existant and apart from filing a dispute with my card have not been able to recieve contact from printify

      I placed several orders with this company, orders I have been paid for by my clients. The largest order I placed has been stuck in limbo thanks to a "technical glitch" according to their service reps. **** told me it's extremely rare to have this issue, and that it would be faster to cancel my order and make a new one than it would be for their team to correct the problem. That should tell you all you need to know about this company. Long story short, I did exactly as they recommended and the "extremely rare" technical glitch I experienced with the first order happened again. Orders before and after this one go through with no problem. This one will not. The company clearly has no interest in resolving this matter in a reasonable amount of time, so now I'm waiting tor TWO refunds from the same order. Completely unprofessional and blatantly incompetent.

      I have had numerous issues with Printify.com. I have a couple of losses because of the bad quality of their print providers. I find that they don't really care. They have a few products that are good but most times it's garages. I am seeking full refund on my last order from my client .3779751.9 . As a small business owner they have ruined my rputation and business.

      On August 11, 2022, I signed in to the Printify website to cancel my premium subscription. I saw on Printifys website that there was a link to get a code for 6 months free premium from cool beans. I got the code and entered it. Then in the payments screen, it showed that my subscription was current and would not charge to renew until February 12, 2023. Then on August 12, 2022, I received an email that my subscription was renewed and I was charged $29. I looked on the website, and the renewal date had reverted from February 12, 2023 to September 12, 2022 since they charged this $29. I immediately cancelled the subscription (which I would have done on the 11th if they hadnt shown the opportunity for 6 months free) and have not used the services at all since this charge. I chatted an agent for about an hour and they refused to help. They transferred my issue to the technical department and refused to communicate further at all. I have sent messages back and forth for 2 weeks now, and they keep saying the technical team is working on it and will not address the $29 charge at all. They still have my money. I am on a tight budget and need the charge taken off my credit card. I never agreed to pay this, and they refuse to even engage with me about it. I wont be eating this week because I cant afford it because of this charge.
