      Ive been working with Printify for several months creating items for my print on demand Etsy store. After working for months, I managed to stock my store with 97 items. I also have two other stores connected to Printify, Wix and Shopify. One day, while working on my Shopify store, I popped over to my Etsy products to confirm the color of an item. I was devasted to see my entire store was gone. Not one item remained! I frantically went to my Etsy store and was shocked to see everything was there. So how is it that my connected store is full on the Etsy side and empty on the Printify side? I immediately put in a ticket for tech support. That was on April 27, 2024. Case#*******. I reached out to Prinitify only to be told to calm down because tech support is back logged, and they will get back to me, whenever. Now ** finally getting some orders and my Prinitiy products have vanished!! I keep checking with tech support only to be ignored. When I got an order, I had to go into Printify and re-created the item from scratch. Printify is still charging me a fee but giving me no information regarding what happened to my store. I requested they admit to their mistake, figure out a way to compensate me for all the time its going to take me to re-create an entire store, and let me get on with it. I need to start re-creating all 97 products but Printify said "we're looking into it and we will fix it". They have no idea what they did, but they messed up royally. And instead of copping to it, they are leading me on and wasting my time and money! I understand mistakes and Im a forgiving and patient person, but Printify is not being professional. Now Im scared that my other stores will disappear with no explanation. Just talk to me, work with me, apologize and make it right, because ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable.

      Hello,I am a Computer Engineer who is trying to setup his store to connect to WooCommerce. It is linked, but the *** isn't properly publishing my products to the site. Apparently it's sending HTML content where JSON is expected, but the *** is configured correct, so it should work fine...I need assistance, and customer support has proved useless in resolving this issue. Please help me get my store online. Thank you.

      Printify sent out a product which was printed atrociously, and now will not respond to attempts for resolution. #******* - They have frauded me out of the money I paid for this product.

      **** was not able to deliver a package, and Printify refuses to provide me with a full refund. I submitted screenshots of the house to where the package was to be delivered. Their reasoning for not providing me with a full refund is that their tools did not provide a precise location, yet the address I input is the address I use to get to my family's home. I provided them with screen shots of ****** Maps and a closer shot of where it's evident that you can see the house number. #*******.73 this is my order number and the person I spoke to is ********************* (Printify)Dec 19, 2023, 03:15 GMT+2 who was less than helpful and went directly to his assumptions of the matter. Not helpful whatsoever. Lacking of customer service. I need this resolved. I am tired of Huge corporations stealing from it's consumers. ***** is still owed to me.

      Im a business using their services. There was a small dispute about a payment account card used to facilitate my business transactions.Ive had no resolution in 30 days.

      I created an account with ********************** to help support my small business of POD s**** and home goods. Nothing was going wrong, until I had 2 orders in late August and into September that were on hold. I simply tried pushing it to production in printify, but it kept failing. I realized that there was an issue with payments, and so I went that route to try to resolve it. Didn't work. I created tickets and spoke to a representative for prinitfy. They told me to resolve the issues with PayPal, and so I did. When I tried to make a payment, prinitify wouldn't even let me upload my banking information. The payment processing system, using their technology, was not functioning and I was paying for the services. I even had a call with a printify representative, customer support, and they still couldn't give me access to the payments processing section in printify. Whatever was the issue, printify couldn't help and didn't resolve it for me in a timely manner. I am still wanting to use prinitify as my production partner, but they have cost me 2 customers with a total of 5 purchases. They cost me a total of $120.50 in sales that I couldn't deliver to my customers. I still pay a monthly premium and still lost my customers and got no help. I am requesting the BBB to have this company investigate the "payment processing" technical issues and to compensate me in the monetary damages that it has caused me. This also hurts the reputation of my business....causing me to lose sales.

      Printify has not paid out my money from June. I have contacted them multiple times with no resolution. They are withholding money owed to me and have yet to pay it out.

      Their technology does not work - I spent 40+ hours setting up a shop through their website, but when any orders were placed the website froze every time (we tried multiple times) so we can't count on customers actually being able to place orders. When I contacted customer support, they said "they'll pass it onto their tech team for investigation." I had another issue a few weeks ago (certain products weren't showing) and was given that same response from customer service... but weeks later there's no resolution. So I've designed an entire shop of spirit wear for a K-8 school on software that does not actually work and their customer service is not helpful.

      On 4/12/23 I paid $387 for 21 custom printed tshirts. The shirts arrived to my address on 4/20/23 in a flimsy box full of holes. The box had zero padding and the shirts inside weren't even placed in a protective plastic bag. The holes in the box were large enough that anyone walking by while the package was on my doorstep could have reached into the holes and taken shirts out. When I opened the box the shirts were dirty and a few were also misprinted. **************** took two days to even reply to my initial message about the issue, by which time I had put the shirts in the laundry to get all the dust and dirt off them. Since I can no longer sell the shirts as new, having been through a wash and dry cycle, I requested a partial refund on my order to remedy the loss in retail value. Printify refused to provide that simple concession. I sent them photos of the misprinted shirts and have still not received my refund for those. They also refused to refund my shipping fee back to the original method of purchase and are instead holding it hostage as "credits" on my account that I have no use for since I will never be using their service again. **************** is robotic, devoid of empathy, and have forced me to repeat myself several times while bouncing me around to several different reps instead of having one person fix the problem. It is now May 7th and after more than 20 emails back and forth since April 20th the issue is still not resolved.

      Subject: Complaint about Printify Order #*******.3 To Whom It May ******* at the Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Printify regarding my recent order (Sample Order #*******.3). I received a shipment of printed garments that were of extremely poor quality, with one item being the wrong size entirely. I contacted Printify's customer support to address the issue and provided photos of the affected items in my initial communication.One of the Printify employees initially promised me a courtesy refund for the entire amount. However, they later backtracked on this promise. Their response acknowledged that the design may not be ideal for the printing process, but they refused to issue a full refund on the basis that the final result was in line with the mockup photos. They claimed that the low resolution of the original image was the cause of the poor print quality.However, I believe the responsibility should be on Printify to ensure their clients are informed of potential issues with their designs before they are printed. The fact that the print quality was poor on every item, regardless of size, suggests a deeper issue with the printing process.After multiple communications, Printify offered a $50 sales credit and a refund on the incorrectly sized shirt as compensation for the inconvenience, which I find inadequate given the extent of the issue and the initial promise of a full refund. I am filing this complaint to seek the initially promised full refund for my order and to raise awareness of the inadequate support and quality control provided by Printify.I hope the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter.Thank you for your attention to this issue.Sincerely,*********************
