      Sephora had some good point bonuses and there was some products I’ve been wanting to try. I even got my eyebrows done there this week and it was lovely, but none of that matters when they have terrible customer service. I’m done with Sephora.

      I placed over 3 orders within the last two weeks. I ordered a leave in conditioner, when my order arrived you can tell that conditioner was completely used. The spout of the bottle had product reside, the inside ring of the bottle had dried up product, and the spray bottle was on unlocked mode. I reached out to customer service and not only did the customer service agency not apologize, she said that’s how this specific product is and that if I was unhappy I can go to the store and return it or ship it back.
      My nearest store is 1 hour away, hence why I placed my orders online. I work 10 hour days and I’m unable to just casually drop the package off with my shipping carrier. Personally I think they should have instructed me to throw the used product away and offered me a refund. I spent over $300 the last two weeks at Sephora and was on the verge of becoming a super fan, but after this I’m going to return every product I bought from them and buy directly from the brand and buy at ULTA. I know people will continue to support this company, just don’t expect them to make it right if they mess up. The service at this store is nothing compared to ULTA.

      I have been saving my reward points for years, and finally spent it on the 2,500 point Advent Calendar for Beauty Insiders. What a joke of a reward this was. It had 0 products containing makeup, bath items, or skincare. It had a pair of grippy socks, jaw clips, and other items I will never use. I tried to cancel my order and they would not let me. The customer service agent stopped responding to my messages. After this experience I am so disappointed with Sephora and have been telling everyone I know about this!

      Legitimately one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Purchased a $600 skincare set as a wedding gift and the package was marked delivered without actually arriving. Spoke with a customer service agent on the phone who offered assistance and said there would be a followup, but due to the package having no photo of delivery or signature I could receive either a replacement or refund. The followup was curt and offered no assistance, when all I wanted in the first place was help with contacting the shipping agent. Another response was similarly dismissive and incorrectly referenced the date of the order. Go with any other skincare company over this one, they couldn’t care less about their customers.

      My review is an overall review of my experience with shopping at sephora, never had an issue.
      Another reason for my review is I am trying to reach out to sephora corporate office and/or distribution center to inquire about buying bulk or buying retuned products and shelf pulls.
      Customer service could not assist me as this is not a customer related inquiry.
      How can I reach someone who could have answers?

      I got a gift card that was brand new attached to its cardboard and I scratched. When I wanted to use it I scratched and type the code at checkout on the website. The card was empty….. this is a scam. Sephora has a very bad reputation for not honoring the scams on the gift cards and they don’t give a damn about it to refund or even simply just stopping physical gift cards. There are several thousands of people who are scammed every year. I will start a legal action and will gather the maximum of people in the case

      Had to return a sephora item using a return shipping label that they provided. Tracking is still showing in transit after more than 30 days and Sephora won’t issue refund because they are denying responsibility even though they provided the return shipping label.

      I have been trying to get information about missing items in my bag only to be brushed off and telling me they reviewed footage without asking me any IDENTIFYING information. They will not even allow me to view footage of my OWN transaction to see what was in the bag. They absolutely **** with customer service and are not letting me get my items that I do not have!

      Like others who have written a review on here and on other sites across the Internet, Sephora is a terrible business that does not stand behind its products and does not put the customer first. My son purchased two ********************** gift cards at the Sephora store itself for my sister and my birthday $50 per gift card so he spent $100 at the Sephora store July 7 upon attempting to redeem the gift card we were told that both cards had zero balances. My son has the receipt purchase gift cards from his credit card. Sephora customer service after lengthy told us that the gift card had already been redeemed on July 13 for both of our cards by the way. My sister and I both had just the card number and the pen scratched off and by the time we even did this the card had already been used obviously a scam. Obviously Sephora has internal issues, but they dont really care about the customer because it is the customer that is losing money, not **********************. They are getting their money. All their customer service does is to read a policy to you over and over and over again Their website has an issue and is allowing gift cards that have never been redeemed by the purchaser or the person it was intended to, but obviously by some type of corruption at their website, they simply do not care about the consumers . Maybe all we can do is to not support this business and hope that they will eventually go out of business
