      Your return policy *****. Why would it take up to 30 days to issue a refunds for merchandise that was never opened.I actually cancelled this order on April ************************************************************************************************** There is confirmation that the order was returned and received on May 9th and now I have to wait 30 days for a refund? No bank takes 30 days so why should Sephora?I asked CS if they receive a lot of CBs due to their return policy and they told me if that was ture they would be inundated with calls. Well look ** *** I would say their are a lot of bad reviews on the BBB.

Please know, we do provide the option for all clients to cancel their order through their online account within a short window of time after an order has been placed. If that window is missed, we may still have the possibility to cancel an order under certain circumstances, however, we can never guarantee that our distribution team can locate a specific order within their center in time. We are sorry that your package shipped despite our efforts. We apologize for any confusion regarding our return policy. To confirm, a full refund will be applied to the original method of payment for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Once an order is returned via mail, it can take up to 30 days for our distribution team to process your return and issue the refund. From here, the refund will be in the hands of your financial institution, and it will be up to them to post to your account. While the refund is typically available to you within a few days, it can take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.       Im aware that the return process can take up to 30 days. With that being said, the email confirmation once the returned item was received indicates that refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Now that its past that time frame, Im being gaslit and told that that official form of communication doesnt mean anything and that I cant be helped for another 30 days. If you cant guarantee that the refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving WHY DO YOU HAVE IT IN THE ***** THAT GETS SENT OUT. At this point, its purely principal. If its a possibility that it can take ************************ the fine print of the return policy. Dont assure your customer through email that the refund will be processed within 10 days. Its unnecessary aggravation.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for many years (since 2011). I recently used points for a sephora gift card. This item was mismarketed. It was not a gift card and cannot be used like a gift card. I was not made aware of the terms until after I purchased it and saw it in the email. I feel frustrated and annoyed that they would offer this option marketed as a gift card.

      I would give zero stars if i could. I placed two orders recently including one with a gift card and they cancelled them without notice and when i called was hung up on twice before i was told that it is because i returned an item in September ( i ordered mascara and received perfume) and i owe them the money for it because they refunded it to a card i no longer had and when i tried to explain that to them they told me it wasnt their problem and they did their job. So i took it up with my bank just like sephora told me i had to and now they are telling me i owe them the money. The audacity, i owe them money for a product i returned that was wrong in the first place. So essentially they think i should pay them so i can shop there. Probably the worst company and service. No one knows anything and can only see so much. I feel bad for the employees. I wouldnt shop here again to save my life. I would recommend employees start looking to work at places like Blue Mercury where they treat their customers better.

      I bought a Sephora set online in ******, but I didnt open it immediately after receiving it. When I opened it recently, I found that a serum(which is the most valuable product in the set) was much less than when I bought it. It shows 15ml at that time (I had a screenshot), but in fact it was only 5ml. Then I complained to the online customer, even then transfered to the manager, it was just because the purchase was over 60 days and they could not be returned, and then there was no compensation action. This is not the first time I have had this kind of problem with Sephora, customers need to pay for Sephora's mistakes, and they don't have to pay any price.

      Racial/Color Discrimination. I went to this store a little after 2pm today March 5, 2023. I was in search of cologne for my partner. As I entered the store, the first associate greeted me with a smile which quickly turned to a frown. I took that with a grain of salt because as I stated, I was searching for a gift. I go to the Mens cologne section and I began to smell the scents with the stick papers. Most of them were not the IT smell I was looking for so it was taking me a little longer to pick a cologne. Shortly after, I noticed a male figure standing behind me but I figured it was another customer. I continued to search and I just decided that the cologne in stock were not for me because they were too mature in smell. As I turn around to leave, there is a nearly 6 ft tall man standing behind me. He had an earpiece in his ear so I knew he worked at the store. I guess he was some sort of security. I was completely disgusted that the associates called this man to monitor my every single move. If this store high fives their associates for sending security to stand behind a person while they are simply just shopping for a gift, that is beyond disgraceful. I am so glad I took my purchase elsewhere. I would highly suggest not shopping at this location.

      Worst customer service ever encountered. The return policy is inconsistent depending on which representative you speak with. Item was returned in original condition after sephora's error in the packaging/shipping process. I have the receipt of the item that was returned and sephora refuses to refund my account. They took the money for an item I dont have. Worst experience i have ever had they didnt even give an option of store credit just took my money nearly $70 dollars worth for nothing.

      Horrible !!! Bought a gift card and money was stolen from it was 3$ left from the 75$ that was given they just say sorry we cant do anything .. ummm maybe not offer an e-gift program that can easily be hacked !! Multi billion $ company that I guess I contributed My hard earned $ to the customer service is appalling on phone lines they gave me the run around for almost a month .. escalated the request and nobody calls you back ! Last dime I spend there they can take their rouge program and take a hike ! ??
