      I had a subscription with Paramount Plus. Got a message on tv screen to update info. Would not work. *** gave me new info would not work. Would not give me help except ti send picture ************* is a disgrace. Seniors. Disabled, sight impared individuals should boycot them. I canceled my account.Complaining did not help.

      This streaming site is so retarted. You cant fast forward or rewind. It glitches and stops what youre watching every 5 minutes. (Not bc of WiFi or connection) the only Im giving it 1 star is bc of the shows and movies on there. Everything else about it ***** d***.

      I have paramount plus threw ****** play which I was unaware of and I'm having issues with the app freezing and being slow I requested a refund from paramount plus and ****** play and both won't help just say we can't can't request ur refund and it's ******. just want my refund

      I have been trying to simply trying to change my payment method on the paramount+ app on my android phone and just can't. I searched for help articles and just can't find anything. I tried to get on a chat with support and the chat just abruptly ended. It seems that this company doesn't care about customers. Something as simple as changing billing information is not possible by this company or will take hours.

      I had purchased Paramount+ to **** and ***** on my phone accidentally. ** originally canceled my subscription and October ************************************************************************** November 1924 When I realize my mixup I had been paying from January 2023 in October 2024 for a full subscription. I got an invoices from **** and *****. I tried to inform Paramount that I was double billed Paramount told me that it wasnt theirproblem, even though I was told by an agent that my email could not be charged twice. It shouldve been caught after a couple months trying get the invoices from **** *****. I finally did today and after consulting an agent through a chat line they told me I couldnt do anything about it and Apple orRoku has to give me my money back not Paramount+. Even though the service was from now.They made no effort to offer any kind of refund and I didnt have anything to do with me even after I showed them the invoices. Theyre more worried about taking the money from consumers, even though they made a mistake taking money from One who overpaid. Shame on them.

      If I could rate zero stars, I would. I have a better experience watching free apps than I do watching Paramount Plus. It freezes. I have to exit the show and go back in only to have it freeze over and over again. Even on the home screen, it "refreshes" the picture about 4 times before you can move through the selections to find something. Worst app I have ever dealt with. It's like being on dial up internet. I don't have this issue with ANY OTHER apps.

      If I could rate this app lower then 1 I would these CROOKS charged my card TWICE for this app came up to ***** dollars when I called to get a refund it took 20 mins to get some one who I could understand cuz there ALL from another country to refund & close my acct when all I needed was a refund for 1. Call the IDIOTS back and there srry but they can't reactive ******* have to pay ***** more even though I didn't even get the ***** they took the 1st time!!!!! DONOT MESS WITH THIS APP SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

      For months now, trying to watch anything on paramount + has been very challenging. It continues to bump you out, continues spin and spin to no avail. I have done so many re-boots. Also, called , emailed and always get the same answer. They are having issues and working on it really! Months later. Same excuse. I have top of the line ***************** Its not my Internet. I think time to cancel with them.

      We canceled our subscription to paramount+ and it took 4 hours to final get it canceled. They go out of their way to make it hard. This should not be this hard for the consumer it took five minters to start the subscription why so hard to canceled. Bank won't stop payment so what do we do now?
