      I was charged for a service I did not receive. I was attempting to sign up for the app but when I needed assistance with getting the app on my smart tv, I was told if I don’t have a fire stick I would need to pay 70.00 to have technical support help me install. I told them I did want to do that and they said it would be a 30.00 charge to cancel. I never even signed up for a package deal.

      AVOID PARAMOUNT+! I signed up for a year of basic @$59 and was charged $129.29! They absolutely refuse to change the charge and when I cancelled, they said I can't until the next billing cycle in a year!TERRIBLE business. I don't know how they can get away with this!! Wish I could leave 0 stars...

      We canceled our subscription to paramont plus back in June or July of this year,but the monthly dues still come out of my account,we called them and complained, they said our subscription was canceled but the monthly dues still come out Bank won't stop payment so what do we do now

      Hello. I am simply disappointed in your live stream services. I just cut the cord to ********** once I came to the realization that i only care about the news. At the moment, I enjoy *** ************ at 7am. Now, I use your app. This week, I go into your app. The live news starts at 7:30am. What? And then this morning, the news starts at 7am. What? Additionally, the video and audio sometimes fall out of sync. It appears dubbed. To top it off, sometimes your app freezes. What am i paying for. Your competitors (*******, ******, *******, ***) manage to successfully create a wonderful user experience. Why can not you?

      I went to cancel my Paramount+ but couldn't find the "cancel subscription" link anywhere. I was on a monthly plan. Somehow I found it after it change me to an annual plan. Basically the cancel link only showed up on the annual plan. I click cancel as soon as I saw it. Unfortunately, they charged me immediately for an annual plan even though I have several weeks left of the monthly plan. I tried to contact customer support and was met with an AI chat bot. Every time I followed the prompts, I would be met an "error AI bot closed" message. Never doing business with them again.

      I have been getting charged every month by Paramount+ even though I don't have an account with them. I have found out that there is no way to actually talk to someone using their phone number, chatbot, website or social media. I have never done business with them even though I am getting charged and now I know I never will do business with them. I tell everyone I know to avoid Paramount+. Horrible way to do business, nothing but a scam. They do not deserve 1 star, zero star rating would be more accurate.

      Crappy company, will not spend another dime and I have warned all my family, friends and co workers. Alot of them agree. Canceling is a scavenger hunt, and by the time you find out how to cancel they take your payment and says it's in their policy not to do refunds....well it's my policy to make sure people know to stay away from this company.

      They are a scam. I created an account and it attached another email to the account and I couldnt log in because I dont know the **** email address, so I cannot log into my account. They dont have a working number nor a chat service, and the chat that they do have is a bot thats closes out the chat when you ask for representative or agent. On top of all that these mtfs are charging me every month and I cannot cancel cause I dont know the email address on my account and cannot get in contact with anyone
