    I purchased a Logitech doorbell. The first one never worked. After many emails, they sent a replacement. The replacement didn't work. After many, many emails, they began the refund process. This involves going to a third party to sign up for some other service just to get a refund. This whole process has taken over 7 months and I still don't have a refund and am still getting the run-around. This product is terrible, and somehow the customer service is 10 times worse.

    Purchased products made for Mac. Out of the box they weren't compatible with the newest Mac hardware so I was disappointed and started a return. The website was broken and unable to be logged into, it was impossible to get someone on the phone, and the chat bot service promised results, but none of the emails would come to me. I checked spam, called again, called other departments in the business trying to get help. They outsource their web store to a terrible company and have no control over the customer experience. Just bought the ***** brand products from the apple store. This was a complete waste of time and very angering. Still not sure if I will get the return processed or will have to sell the products on **** at a loss.

    We have 3 premium logitech MX vertical mouse brought less than two years ago, keys have been malfunctioning for 10 months now and is effecting my productivity. I cannot copy, paste and make selections. The mouse keeps jumping. A quick ****** search shows that this is a prevalent issue in the Hardware of the mouse and Logitech refuses to acknowledge or fix the problem. This is a major quality control issue and if they don't acknowledge they will lose my business. They are falsely advertising quality when they are fully aware of the issue. Their customer service offers me a discount as the solution. I demand a replacement or my money back. Ticket # ********.

    Boughtt a premium logitech g910 keboard less than two years ago, keys have been malfunctioning for monts now and I'm getting tired of it. A quick ****** search shows that this is a prevalent issue and Logitech refuses too acknowledge or fix the problem. P.S, a temp fix is to smash thhe mistping keys multiple times and that wwilll corrrectt the problem for a short while. This is a major quality control issue and if they don't acknowwledge tthat they are selling junk tat is not trulyy giving peoplle 70 million clicks as adverrtised, theyy will lose my business and likely a significant poortion of the ** coommunity. Tey are falsely advertising quallity when tey know full ***** their keyboards are junk. Thheir customer service is awful, and unless they make a 180 on quality control and customer service, I will take my money elsewwhere.

    I tried to return some keyboards that were no longer working. I was told to take pictures of said keyboards and send copy of receipts. I did all of the requested steps. Its been two months and still haven't received any resolve. Not sure what more I can do. Ticket Number : ********

    BUYER BEWARE:I have been trying to get a repair done on my keyboard which I purchased less than 2 years ago. The delete button doesnt pop back up anymore. I use this keyboard for work so I needed and expected it to be fixed promptly. I submitted my ticket 19 days ago and Ive received 4 or so emails from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am astonished they care so little about their paying customers. I paid around $500 for the full Aurora collection, including the pink add ons for the pieces. It really makes me upset because they have really cool products, but I will NEVER be purchasing anything from them ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would, and reading through the other reviews, so would other people. Hopefully if you buy something from them, you never have to deal with their warranty or customer service, as both are beyond terrible.

    I bought a set of Astro A10 Xbox gen 2 headphones foe my grandson for his bday..they stopped working after 4 mths ..I tried to file a claim on the website,,got a ticket number took several day and a rude email to get a response. Finally several days later I got a response sent the information for the warranty, I got an email back saying this email web will no longer respond to emails and there no way to refile a warranty or get someone on the phone..its been a night mare trying to get this issue took care of..I will make sure I never purchase anything with this company or any company that is associated with it. ..that was rude ,and down right sorry as it gets to do that to get out of replacing your product . Then to make it impossible to reach them by email, phone , or chat bot, unreal..ppl run from this low life company. They are awful !

    I am deeply disappointed with Logitech's customer service regarding my G604 mouse, which developed issues just months after purchase. Despite initial promises and repeated follow-**** I faced significant delays and never received a tracking or confirmation number, severely impacting my academic work as a graduate student. The lack of responsiveness and resolution, even after multiple attempts to reach out, is a clear reflection of their neglect and inefficiency. My efforts to resolve this through their support channels were consistently met with unfulfilled promises and eventual ghosting, resulting in an utterly unacceptable and frustrating customer experience. This situation has not only disrupted my studies but also significantly eroded my trust in Logitech's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a student, where every ***** counts, I never anticipated facing such issues after investing a premium in their products, expecting quality service. I am highly disappointed.
