    This business ripped me off on an item that cost me more than 120 , in less than year the product doesn't work still covered under 1 year warranty , I contacted them and they're excuse I need a serial number when I checked the product it doesn't have it , than the agen said oh is on the cable Wich is broke in 2 month of use and I throw it away , how can a business put their serial number product on a cable . Sneaky business ever asked for a refund or replacement and their excuse was the serial number on the cable Wich is bizarf . Never trust this business again . They will ********** more than any other business for low quality and no customer service .

    First the $1400 product is faulty and Logitech will not communicate with me to address this, all I get is some one to answer phone calls and tell me tech support will contact me within 24 hours, lets see a week now I am hearing this.There is no form for warranty no email no refunds all you can get is tech, no one to ask for a refund which I will never see.

    Horrible company products do not work after very short time will never buy another peice of logitech gear ever again. Do not buy anything they call gaming, they are just low end products they hike the price up on and say its for gaming huge scam and again horrible company.

    You cannot cancel an order with out contacting support which can take days, meanwhile once the order ships you cannot cancel.
