I will never buy another Logitech product again! almost 6 months in fighting with these idiots! G923 steering wheel and the shifter. FIrmware update gets run by Logitech, now my shifter does not work! Tried shifter on another G923, works like a charm!Call and ask support for a manager, well someone should get back to you. Again, delay.Lack of any response from their support let alone 2nd level. What a joke! I have been lied to multiple times AND they blame my hardware. It must be a computer vendor problem. Yet I tell them and show them I did the tests on 6 different computers. I guess they ALL must be bad!Definitely playing the clock on this. Buyer beware ****%. Safe your money a little longer and buy some real hardware, not Logitech.Logitech, Inc.

Absolutely horrendous purchase experience. And return experience. And ***************** Ordered a keyboard which took 3 weeks to arrive (original order was 2 business days shipping but they somehow lost the package and were unable to trace for a while). I sent it back right away since i considered it lost (that is what they told me to do over the phone) and got another keyboard from another online retailer (which i got next day, thank you amazon) It's been a month since they received the return. I didn't get a notification that they had received it, and no notification that anything or any refund was getting processed.A month and still no money back. Anything that you ask them takes them officially 2 weeks to respond. Any additional request is another 4 business days, then another 72hours. Basically they are playing the clock. My experience with them is that they are no better than a local scam company that connives and does everything to give you as little service as possible and drag their feet to do anything.I have started a transaction cancellation through Paypal. I will complain anywhere I can. This is not acceptable in this day and age.My suspicion is that they all use 3rd party vendors for everything so there is no true customer service. Avoid ordering from **********************, buy from normal retailer with proven, solid shipping system and customer service. That will save you time and aggravation!All this for a keyboard, what a waste!Logitech, Inc.

Spent way more money than should have on a remote- ***************. Then Logitech just decides eh, we dont support this anymore and now I have an overpriced remote that no longer works. Please do NOT spend your money here as they will just up and quit support. Great business model guys. I will no longer purchase any Logitech products.Logitech, Inc.

Bought a set of astro A50s thinking Hey! $300+ should be an amazing sound experience! It was everything but amazing I have better sound quality from a cheap $40 headset and they only lasted 11 days before the headset stopped updating and would not charge. Cool so dealing with logitech to get them fixed. Thats an experience all to its own! They diagnosed and found headset to be faulty since it failed to update to newest firmware. Then laughed and said it wasnt their problem. So how can you take your consumers money and then not look after your consumer? Thats not how you build a lasting relationship of loyalty thats how you rob people until you are forced to shut your doors.Logitech, Inc.

I shouldve looked them up before i spent $207!!! Their customer service people lie, they say they'll send confirmations - they dont. I cancelled an order of 2 items but they shipped one anyway despite giving me a cancellation confirmation #. I am now afraid they'll not only not refund me for the 2nd item but neither item will come and thryvwont refund me! I needed this item abd could barely afford it! I had a logitech mouse from **** *** from years ago and thot Logitech was a reputable company but I had already told them today I will not do business with them anymore due to repetitive menu wormhole, 20+ minute wait time, hours on the phone for simple things, none of the promised confirmations, constant 'no authority, let me talk to supervIsor,' **** and after 1 more fruitless call and then nog cancelling as promised, they tell me it suddenly shipped!!! Then i decided to read the reviews * * ** Thats it. They should be prohibited from doing business in *******!!!!!!!!Logitech, Inc.

Purchased an Astro Gaming c40 TR controller. Which is made by Logitech. The whole point of buying their controllers is so you can customize/modify them to suit your needs using their different hardware/modules. As it is a good product, it came time to replace hardware on the controller. They make all the parts that interchange when the time comes to replace. The parts that are interchangeable can only be replaced with parts made by their company. The problem is, they say the parts are temporarily unavailable. But theyve been unavailable for over a year, making the product I have just an expensive paperweight. I have checked the website every single day for over a year and no change. Called customer service and was told to keep checking back online for updates. They only sell my product refurbished. So anyone who buys it, is getting a used controller that theyve fixed. Since that is the case, they MUST have the parts on hand. What I need are four Analog Stick Mods.Logitech, Inc.

Absolutely terrible. 5 weeks and about 30 emails and no success to resolve my issue and replace defective web cams. Also, have provided everything they've requested and also have provided it multiple times. I've filed a BBB complaint and have tried everything to get the cameras replaced but just get a runaround no matter what I do. AWFUL.Logitech, Inc.

I bought the G613, by my standards an expensive keyboard. I have used it for a couple of years and enjoyed it. However recently it has started ot fail. Keys not working, other keys chattering, a dely in key funtion cuasing letter to appear in the middle of words. I take care of my stuff. I keep it clean. I reached out to logtech, it took them over 48 hours to respond with an email telling me to do the things I had already done. They then asked for a receipt and all my info. The final response was basically too bad no more warrenty please recycle this product responsibly. I bought this keyboard in July of 2020. It is not even three years old. I work from home and I am studying a masters.I reply on my computer and have now been left high and dry by logitech and will need ot buy another new keyboard. It willnot be logitech this time. (please note I am typing this at a friends ****** emy keyboard makes sending a simpy email almost impossible).Logitech, Inc.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone to find out it was a hardware issue. They offered me a 15% discount for my troubles to buy a new one which is the same deal they give new customers. They offered me nothing. The one I bought was brand new. They have no email contacts so you can't complain anywhere. Do not buy from them. I will not buy from them ever again.Logitech, Inc.

Bait and Switch tactics! Taking advantage of those of us who need that last minute gift during the fast approaching holidays. Website states "buy in now and get it by" and even has a link to put in your ZIP code" then they come back with "get it even faster with express 2 day shipping!" They didn't even have my order sent out for delivery until two days AFTER I was already supposed to have it at my door. Was it due to the holiday rush? "Not at all" I'm told. They say "we are aware of the shipping claims on the website but that does not include the 3-7 DAY processing period"!! The agent could not show me a single link to anything that stated that. Even IF he had that would make no sense. If the site says "get it by Dec.15th" with standard shipping and "get it by Dec.12th" with express shipping that quite literally means when my a** wakes up on Dec.11th I can expect to have that package in my hand by the end of that day! It doesn't mean "get it by Dec.12th.....but actually you won't because the two day shipping doesn't happen until a week after the day we said you would have it but it's still two day shipping so technically it's not a lie but it still definitely IS because we know for a fact out of the gate that you wont get it by any date that is less than a week from when you clicked on the button that said you would "get it by".Eat $hit logitech.Logitech, Inc.
