These b******* The absolute worst company! Their subscription model is an absolute scam, they do not inform you about the trial period ending they just charge your card I looked in my emails and nope no email about it. Then, if youve locked the card they try to charge it EVERY DAY, you cant cancel the subscription because they cant charge you, if you cancel the subscription early they try to charge you a $89.69 dollar fee, Ive even ordered a new card, to stop them from trying to charge me and somehow they magically got my new card number? That was the final straw, I had to report them for this, not to mention cancel the **** subscription I DID NOT WANT!

Signed up for the free trial and canceled before the posted date of when it ends. In the cancelation email I received it concluded by saying, "After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership." Which I assumed means that I successfully canceled my subscription. But little did I know that I apparently only canceled the $1 subscription and not the $20 monthly subscription with a $99 cancelation fee one. When signing up for the free trial I don't recall them specifying that I needed to cancel separately. I found out that they were still charging me by checking my bank statement and seeing Adobe taking my money. I guess "account will revert to a basic, free level of membership" was just a basic way to confuse me and think that I successfully canceled my subscriptions on my account so they can lock me into having to pay that $99 cancelation fee.

My initial trial-Period of using Firefly, and imaging and graphics Altering Program was not what I could perform with Adobe technology. The online site offered a trail period of 30 days. It offered this and then locked me into this ongoing financial baggage. I tried the technology and found that I could not uses the technology in the manner I thought it would help me. The Date Adobe posted for cancellation of trial came on April 14, 2024, yes, a year of this lack-luster service. I wish to end this false business relationship. I have blocked Adobe as of today June 6, 2025. Why so long allowing Adobe charged me $300.+ dollars to cancel the contract of which I do not have.

Adobe has reached new lows now charging cancellation fees of free trials that are in excess of $100.This is not a free trial. Buyer beware, I will never use Adobe again, enterprise or otherwise

They have a scam for a subscription PDF Editor. I signed up for two weeks free, forgot to cancel, and was charged $25, which was my fault. However, when I canceled the subscription, they charged me $150 for an early cancellation!!! I don't recommend anyone use any paid product from Adobe. That is totally unreasonable. Even if they have that in the fine print, it is a terrible way to get money from someone.

Adobe does not allow customers to make monthly purchases. I have a product on one laptop, but not on my new laptop. They require consumers to make a yearly subscription, and the fee is expensive. I am disappointed. I will not recommend their service to anyone. I am getting charged for two very similar products. The sales agent was only worried about selling. She would not even tell me the license numbers of the products I bought before they went to this APP monthly purchase scam.

They have an outsource company that charges your card multiple times until they are able to take money. once they get the money and you try to chat with one of the agents they act as if they don't know about "************************* ENUS" watch out they also charge to cancel any membership. I don't know why no-one has been saying anything but it shady practices

Thieves!!!!!!!!!! I told them back in September to cancel the account and stop billing me. Hurricance ****** hit and we lost our home and everything to the flooding. Moved away. Fast forward to march, Adobe is still taking money?! Chatted with them they couldnt find my account. Called them, they couldnt find my account. I screenshotted every transaction to them still nothing. They told me to contact my bank. I was charged again in April and I called my bank. Someone how Adobe got my new card number and charged me again. Now Im out $120 that my bank cant help with because of their 90 day policy. Adobe just tried to bill me on May 11th. Called again still cant find an account. My bank isnt even helping. Stay away from Adobe.

They give you such a hard time when you try to cancel, then give you a "free" plan (without telling you you have to pay back $100+ if you don't sign up for the whole year). If you don't use the product, just CANCEL!!!
