    They are currently s******* me right now! I paid for a subscription of a year with cash app. I have a receipt and an invoice number! I left my house feeling it was secure and came home to find it was robbed but even worse there was no recorded video. I thought this must be a mistake! The program was actually froze up and forced me to do a fresh install. Prior it said I had one year subscription paid for with cloud services on four out of five possible cameras. After reinstalling the program, I noticed that it was asking me to pay for a subscription again, how is that after Ive already paid. I logged out of my account and logged back in thinking you must be an error yet it still asked me to pay. My subscription services were missing so I contacted customer support which I am still currently doing. But I can only contact customer support through email which only wrecks their credibility. They are informing me that I dont have an account! Ive shown them receipts, invoices, screenshots, and they keep asking me repeated questions that Ive already been answered. Whats your payment method? What account do you use to login? ***. I responded and asked all the questions but now it seems. We are back in the loop in there starting over. The invoice that I included has an invoice number and they could merely look up that number and its relevant details and see that it belongs to myself, **** ********, and that the services have been paid for yet they have not. To make matters worse, my home was burglarized whike I thought it was safe. So not only am I out by paid for subscription of a year but I also have to be out from everything else from being burglarized. I think its unprofessional of them not to call me at this point. It shows that they do not care, especially in these circumstances. I will update this in the event that I am able to get resolution but as of now all I want is to request refund of all my purchases towards Kami vision cameras bought off Temu and sub

    Absolutely horrible customer service! After charging a duplicate payment, there is no where in the app I can find to cancel the subscription. I have been dealing with their customer service since 01/15/2025 and still can't get a refund for the extra payment. And they actually paired the extra payment to a camera that I don't even have on. ******! Cameras are going in the trash.

    I purchased these cameras over 3 years ago to monitor my elderly mother who is blind with the onset of dementia. They continue to break the continuum of the ** card which they are trying to FORCE their ************* upon you! This tactic is endangering my mothers life ??They also erase MY PERSONAL ** CARD??I am looking forward to a class action lawsuit brought against them??Sincerely, ********

    Kami vision has tried to charge my card twice since I originally paid for one year service! When I email them they block my messages??! Not only that my cameras dont capture images of people. Just the freaking leaves blowing!!!??

    DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO CANCEL FOR 2 DAYS. THEY FORCE YOU TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. YET, THE PHONES GO UNANSWERED AND CHAT BOT DOES NOT RESPOND. THEY ALSO WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS! SCAM AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE CARD TO PREVENT FUTURE DEDUCTIONS

    Easily the most frustrating company I've dealt with. While using the cameras, there was a constant issue with the cloud as well as the service "dropping". I was never able to get ahold of customer service I'd always receive a message that they were not available. Fast forward to a few years later, I am STILL unable to cancel my subscription. I haven't used the camera in almost two years and only remember when the subscription comes out AGAIN. I have canceled it in their portal multiple times and each time I am told I need to speak to a representative, but it prompts me that no one is available. The phone rings without ever being answered. If you want shady camera service, lack of support and a subscription you cannot cancel then you found it.

    I started with Kami Vision a year ago this December. It has been a long time since I have received the type of customer service they have provided! They are responsive, polite and speak in a language that even I can understand!No hassles! Just straight & to the point. Every question I have asked has been quickly responded to (faster than ANY other company!) with complete answers. If it sounds like I am a little needywell I guess I am at age 73!I purchased 3 of the light bulb cameras and had a bit of a problem setting them up correctlybecause I misread the instructions. My first email was responded to almost immediately to my surprise! The instructions I received by return email were simply put and I was able to complete my camera setup without any other hitches. It is refreshing to have customer service that obviously care about their customers and are knowledgeable and able to respond appropriately. This kind of service is unfortunately very rare these days and I am happy to have received it!Well made product, wonderful customer service.I am all in with this company!

    I use Kami Cam software that came with a third party lightbulb camera. Any problem I've had, if the "bot" in the app couldn't help their customer service could. Let me tell you, their customer service is just awesome. They are professional, prompt friendly and understamding -- especially when you're frustrated and have some not so choice words. Haha but honestly the cam isn't perfect but their customer service sure is! I would recommend their security cameras to anyone. It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and they're always there to help when you need it.

    Kami Vision and YI Support made me a happy customer when they ensured that I received my one-year cloud subscription on their cloud service to hold my video clips of anything moving to my door entrance. The 1st camera I had was promptly replaced with an offer for a slightly upgraded camera, with Bluetooth capabilities. There was an issue with my new camera not connected to the subscription so the prompt, professional service by the Kami Vision and YI Support staff rectified it. Thank you again for the stellar team effort in earning a longtime subscriber/customer.
