    This place is fraudulent and you should not use them. They stole my money and refused to give it back. I never authorized anything and I wish Id never bought the cameras. Amazon should stop selling from this company. I emailed them day three after I saw charges requesting a refund and to cancel the plan. They waiting and ignored my request then sent me an email on the seventh day saying they cant issue refunds after the seventh day

    I have contacted this company over 5 times. I have sent in my transactions of the purchase of the cameras, the purchase of the package. The $99.00 package is not working and not recording anything. I have a sick mother to where I have to keep a camera on her at all times to make sure she is ok. Well guess what! She was not ok on one day last week. The cameras did not pick up on her. Nothing!! I have emailed this company on a refund of my purchase. And they have been ignoring me. If I would have caught this accident earlier I would have know my mother would safe. The camera system sucks! The customer service is a f****** joke! And I am out of $99.00. With a mother that is now in worse shape! My friend is an attorney and he keeps telling me I should *** them for this is***. I may take him up over this offer. But Im trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt. If it comes to it I will *** for faulty equipment. From $99.00 up half a million.. sounds pretty good to me.

    Hello, this is a software issue. I purchased the ***** plan and it is not working. I also got an email saying I need to purchase another bundle for the cloud to work. This is ridiculous. You are partners with this company. As you can see there are others that are upset about the same issues. Many more people will complain about this issue. The deceiving needs to stop. You will have the one customer that will take more action that I will. Get with your team and figure out what you all can do to better the company and your partners.

    They will not give any customer service at all unless you are subscribed to their cloud services. They won't even reply to me anymore. My problem is whenever I try to download a video from the camera there is no audio. If I try to watch the video in the app there is clearly audio. They're one and only reply included a bunch of photos on how to prove that I have a subscription when I told them I didn't they did not reply. Mind you I paid full price for their cameras and have multiple of them.

    Your software is used for ** cameras so this is the correct person to contact. Not only that but you guys are the only people listed as a customer support contact. It means he is pa**ng you some sort of fee to both create their software use your cloud service and for you guys to support their customers if you would like I can email you personally a screenshot from the ** app that confirms what I'm talking about.

    ***************** May 5, 2023, 05:34 PDT I have an SD card in my camera it does not allow me to save my videos. It does not allow me to see my videos and I cannot do anything with. This camera this thing is useless. My other cameras do not do this. This camera does not allow me to do anything and keeps asking me to subscribe to the cloud. I do not want to subscribe to the cloud I do not want to subscribe to the cloud I have my own Hard drives that I can save my info on all my pictures on and it does not work. This camera is not doing what it says it should.
