    Over the years I've dealt with a lot of customer service teams regarding accounts for myself and my family (who hasn't in this day and age?) so truthfully, I start communication with CS agents expecting average or lower satisfaction. However, Kami Vision CS replied much faster than I expected and they were thorough, making what I requested quick and painless.     I have one of the YI cameras and it's a very good camera and budget friendly as well! The Android and iPhone apps work very well and are easy to use. I had difficulty with the windows app and contacted ****. They were very quick to respond and helped me figure out it in no time and in a professional but friendly matter.
