    5-star ***************** *** had my camera for over a year and it's worked great. They few times I've had a problem, the app's customer service has been right there to fix it quickly. I am very happy with camera and the support.

    I read the site's reviews after I had the camera installed. Yes, there was a 10 day lag in shipping but that has happened to me elsewhere. THAT was only 'bump' experienced. I have had tremendous help from tech support at docom. The unit does as it is advertised. Be sure to place the unit where it can 'see' what you want seen.

    I have read the negative experience of others posted here and understand their frustrations. I too had issues with the hardware of one camera which was under the one year warranty and it was replaced at no cost. The Yi Iot app has had issues as well but when I clearly described my problem with video or photo screen captures to the support email address provided in the app store they have swifty responded with a fix. I have greater respect for support services after having viewed the ******* sitcom (The IT Crowd)!

    Borderline Scam!The camera and service itself are just ok, but there is no customer service department. It may be 1 guy at most that occasionally checks his email. They have a phone number that plays music for 2 minutes then hangs up on you. I have called countless times throughout their posted customer service hours for 2 weeks and never, NOT EVEN ONCE, had anyone ever answered. I found this extremely suspicious. I ******d the company address and there is nothing with their name located there or on the ****** search. It is like their ********** address is just being used as a somewhere to list as an address only.They automatically sign you up for auto renewal and you are unable to turn it off yourself. When you go to cancel subscription it prompts you to reach out to customer service to cancel and even makes you click I understand. The joke is that you cant reach customer service. No one answers the phone, the bot just tells you no one is there then pushes you to email, and with email they just keep sending the same one over without solution. At this point I am still on auto renewal.i have received the exact same 3 emails about how to cancel my subscription. I told them that the app says it has to be done from there end. I get an email back saying that they cannot change their Apple subscriptions. I send an email back stating it is not a free trial so it cannot be done on my end, sent screenshots from their app showing where they have to cancel it on their end, and (for the millionth time) begging them to just cancel my subscriptionno response. I have had to disconnect my payment method to avoid their auto renewal. After this is current one is up, I will no longer be a customer.

    Kami Vision is a scam! I started a subscription for when I went on a long vacation so that I can monitor my home while I was away. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and I am still getting charge. When I cancel on the app, it says I need to speak to a representative for the cancellation and when I try to speak to a representative, I keep getting a message saying that the representative is unavailable. This company makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription and I am just going into loops.

    This company keep charging me without providing any service. I canceled last year their service because the camera was broken. They acknowledged that the camera didn't work and stopped charging me for few months and now this year since May they are charging me $11.99 without any authorization. I reported them to consumer affairs and they are going to be investigated. And I will dispute what they charged me. This company is not to trust!
