From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. ******* ********, our project design specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She really took the time to listen to what we wanted, brought us several sample options to make sure the new pavers matched the existing ones perfectly, and was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach made a big difference, and we felt like we were in very good hands from start to finish. The final result looks absolutely fantastic and really brought our backyard together. Everything turned out even better than we imagined, and the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. We had our backyard designed through Bacqyard and were referred to Black Diamond Pavers from there. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Our designer, ****** was incredibleshe met with me in person, walked me through the entire process with clear presentations, and kept everything on track.The paver team led by ***** and ******* executed the vision beautifully. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the whole project was completed in under 3 weeksjust as promised.Were so happy with how everything turned out. The space feels like a true extension of our home, and weve already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend both Black Diamond and ***** for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

I got quotes from different companies for pavers. I chose Black Diamond to do the job. **** quoted me the best price for the job. I was truly impressed with our communication during the process. **** explained the process and kept me informed throughout the entire process. No hidden extras. The crews were fabulous they did a beautiful and professional job. I was so impressed that I hired **** again to do my entire landscape. Thank you **** and the entire Black Diamond crews. They did excellent work and quick. Only complaint is the communication needs improvement. ***** started the job, but the main office was not aware. I got 5 estimates and found **** for me was the best and I felt most honest to work with. He followed through with everything he said he was going to do. His workers showed up when they said they would. He was a pleasure to work with. I usually do not write reviews, they deserve the recognition. I would highly recommend black diamond pavers.Also the price they give is what you pay no hidden cost. This is my second project with Black Diamond, and I am in complete awe once again with how everything turned out. I had them redo my front landscaping, side yard, patio, and backyard landscaping. I had a design, and ***** took it, made several improvements, and even suggested areas to reduce the cost. The Black Diamond bid came in lower than the others I received. ***** and **** were a fantastic team! They kept me informed, and when an issue arose, they addressed it promptly.
