  We are so pleased with the work ******** and ******** hard-working crew did in our backyard. ******** is a talented designer, and helped ** create a beautiful design of pavers around our pool, a large retaining wall and stairs. The project was completed with special design of lights, which didn't work at first, however ******** team found the problem, ordered the needed part right away fixing our system to be synced up on a lighting app I can control with my phone. We made some minor adjustments along the way to our plans and the project came to life in our backyard and the entire team at Black Diamond was very flexible and easy to work with. I'd recommend them to a friend and would absolutely have them back for another project sometime.

  I cannot speak too highly of our Black Diamond project manager, *************************. He listened carefully and respectfully to our concerns and wishes. He was with us all the way, on site every day, checking at every stage that we were happy with how the project vision was unfolding. He built on our initial ideas to provide a detailed design that was better than we could have imagined! It was a true collaboration. We love the end result and appreciate his creativity and vision. Our home has been transformed from broken concrete and a dead lawn to an innovative desert landscape that is a show piece! I am delighted that we are using low-water native plants and that maintenance is almost nil. There were challenges for sure, from drainage problems, broken concrete from massive tree roots, and edges by the original builder that were not straight, but ***** tackled each one creatively and successfully without any extra cost. His crew were also very hardworking and pleasant to have around. I can recommend Black Diamond unreservedly and would use them again in the future.

  We got an exceptional customers service from the Manager ************************* as was hands on during the entire project from the start to the end with a good eye for detail ensuring the work was done seamlessly .He is an Great assert to your company and adds value satisfying his Customers as per their expectations. He highly recommend him as we could have not asked for more.

  Thank you to *************************** and Black Diamond for the flawless work performed at my residence. She was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning all the way until the end. She has a great eye for landscape design. She was polite, respectful, and caring the entire way through. My new landscaping has received countless compliments from the entire neighborhood. It was done perfectly and very cleanly, exactly as I wanted. They started earlier than expected, and they finished earlier than expected. It was a very big job, and it was smooth sailing the entire way without a single hiccup. ***** really went out of her way to coordinate with my fence contractor so that the work could be performed in tandem with the demolition (not an easy task!!). Note: Black Diamond does not do fence work, so you must coordinate your new fence with an outside fence company (which can be tricky). I can't recommend ***** and Black Diamond enough. 5 stars all the way!

  We decided to go with Black Diamond because of the way that our project manager ***************** took care of us. From the very beginning he was our point of contact and any changes or new ideas we came up with he would be sure to work with ** to help make our dream back yard a reality. In the end, what we got was a backyard beyond anything that we could have imagined. Our backyard didn't come out good, it came out special. The workmanship, professionalism, communication, and overall customer service was 5 stars.

  We worked primarily with Rocco Pent for the design, contracting, and project management, and with ***** who led the crew implementing the landscaping and pavers project. They are both amazing and should get promoted soon!
  
  Rocco is a Senior Project Design Specialist, but he does a lot more than just design. He was very consultative as we were trying to figure out the design we wanted for our small backyard and helped us think through design and building material choices. There was a 2 or 3 month wait for the project to get started after signing b/c they were busy, but I think it was worth the wait. Rocco stayed in touch throughout the wait and even recommended a plumbing and an HVAC company to us. Once the project kicked off, he stopped by and checked in every few days to ensure everything was going smoothly and make any suggestions to the crew.
  
  ***** led the team implementing the project, and he was very on top of things. He not only managed the team but was also working on installing the landscaping and pavers himself. He was kind and open to speak with us if we had any questions. He and the team seemed to do a thorough job.
  
  I haven't interacted with others much at Black Diamond, but if you're considering them, I'd suggest asking to work with Rocco and *****.
