***** ********, ********** Design Specialist at Black Diamond Pave ************************************************ managed my landscaping project for a new home. She was professional and gave good suggestions for design and choice of plants, pavers, etc. She did an excellent job in executing the plan and was always helpful, pleasant, and paid attention to details to do an excellent job. We had our side yard and backyard completed by Black Diamond and are very happy with the results. Our project manager, **** *., really explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions. We were thrilled to see our vision become a reality. The team worked very quickly and made sure to clean up at the end of every day. They were all very efficient. Black Diamond completed a non-standard job at my home that had several challenges and came through with a very successful outcome. They handled the city inspectors and solved a utility line and drainage issue without extending the schedule. The project manager and workers were considerate and helpful with fixing details so the new structure matched the existing structure. Our backyard project is better than I expected. Thanks in part to Black Diamond. I contacted several other companies prior and knew right away from meeting ***** I wanted them. From the first meeting to the last day ***** kept in contact with us. We had a rough plan for our project, and I thought we'd need several companies to complete it. But they handled all aspects, including pavers, irrigation, lawn, and lighting. ***** had great suggestions throughout the project and really listened to what I wanted the finished product to provide and look like. He's very professional and just a really nice person, even taking one of my calls while on a family trip. The workers were all respectful of our property and maintained a clean space throughout the 3 week project. ***** was able to coordinate with 2 other work crews on our property and met with them both at our request. Black Diamond offers a great warranty on their work and we felt the price was in line with the quality. I am very happy with my beautiful new backyard. We interviewed several contractors and Black Diamond was our choice due to their professionalism, expertise, quality, and customer service. Project Design Specialist, ******, designed our front and back yards but listened to our input and instituted those in his design. He is truly a professional and there were no egos involved. He did a ******* job in dealing with our city building department and made numerous changes they requested. Crew *******, *******, and his team did a great job in executing the design. They were always prompt, worked hard, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Quality of work shows their commitment.****** was always available to answer our questions (nights, weekends, holidays) and made sure things were right and going smoothly. We initially chose Black Diamond for our backyard project and were so pleased with their work that we decided to hire them again for our front yard. Once again, we were not disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with *****, who oversaw our project from start to finish. He was very professional and responsive, answered all our questions, and guided the project to completion despite the challenges that often come with large projects. ******* ********, our main contact person, was so wonderful from start to finish. She is kind, personable and knowledgeable. She made every appointment and call right on time. The work done was perfect. They helped us create a plant list, design and budget which worked for us, and followed through every step of the way. We collected around a dozen quotes to get a sense of the market, and found that Black Diamond was somehow doing extremely high quality of work for an average price. That, in combination with the BBB ratings + guarantees/warranties, made it a no brainer to reach out.**** *. was great to work with. He was there from the very beginning, working to understand our plans (we had some specific visions in mind that we'd gone the extra mile to model out on our computer) all whilst tactfully offering suggestions for improvements. He was also super patient/receptive whenever we needed time to stew on decisions or made amendments to our plan.The crew was phenomenal. Hardworking and respectful, they were mindful of my neighborhood + warm to my family/neighbors in passing. And the work they did was at the same high quality as we'd seen online. I would even go so far as to say the final result was essentially flawless in that *every time* we had a even a small nitpick or issue, the team was always ready and willing to make the fix/polish.Its this willingness to make any necessary fixes/polishes that gets them 5 stars *despite* the one reoccurring issue we ran into, which was the handful of times that construction strayed from the plan. Not just little things; the entire shape of our patio, ending a path that should have connected, changing the location/angle of a wall, etc. And because the crew moves so fast, they would make a ton of progress on these things. But *every single time* that these errors were brought up - **** was quick and happy to address it and get it back on track. Which honestly is one of the **best** things to find in a contractor; **there was never once a sense that ****/the crew were resistant to fixes/polishes. They always went above and beyond.**Between the price + guarantees, the *incredible* final result (neighbors keep slowing down to offer compliments!) and this devotion to getting us exactly we wanted, Black Diamond has a lifelong customer.Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc.

We first heard of Black Diamond from receiving fliers in our mailbox. When we finally made the decision to renovate our backyard, we contacted them for a consult and from our very first meeting with ****** ******, we were convinced that he was the one that was going to bring our vision to life. We had a very rough sketch of what we wanted, and ****** was able to incorporate it into a beautiful design.We were unsure of which specific styles and colors, but ****** met with us several times at multiple locations and brought materials to our home so we could see them first hand before we made a decision. Once the work began, ****** frequently visited our home to ensure the materials and the work being done was correct and on schedule. In some cases, it wasnt, and he was quick to resolve the issues so there would not be a delay in the project. The team was great about keeping the mess to a minimum and securing the space to ensure individuals that werent supposed to be on our property werent able to enter. The team was also mindful of our family, and always coordinated loud times with us to avoid disruptions in our schedules.There were several occasions when we discovered additional work needed to be done, but it was outside of Black Diamonds scope. ****** was very knowledgeable and was able to refer other vendors to us, who were also great!A few months after completion, we noticed some of the pavers settled and we needed touch up to fill up some of the gaps. The team came back soon after we notified them to assess and brought the materials over that was needed for the touch up.We are very happy with the results and the continued service we receive. We host gatherings in our new backyard often and have received many compliments.
