  Outstanding!I can't express what a great experience I had with having ************************* designing and installing my backyard putting green. After getting several turf companies bids I am so happy i chose BLACK DIAMOND.Their pricing was reasonable and the workmanship Outstanding. Top grade American Made product and a beautiful result.I highly recommend ************************* and the professional installation by the BLACK DIAMOND crew.

  I Hired the services of Black Diamond Paver after I saw their add on TV. I do think they have done an excellent job in time of repaving my patio. Rocco did an excellent job with a great sense of responsibility and duty (always in time and in touch with me). I highly recommend this company without any reservations to anyone.

  I will not use anyone else going forward for my landscaping needs from now on. Black Diamond has set the bar high for me and I'm hanging on to that level of service. The Project Manager, ****, was just amazing. My backyard project was not the biggest or the fanciest, I had a budget and wanted to create something for my children to play on. **** and Black Diamond worked with me and made everything work out. He didn't make me feel like my project was too small or that I couldn't afford to go all out - he made me feel like my project still mattered to them. I've gotten quotes higher and lower than Black Diamond, but at the end I chose them because they made me feel comfortable. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but honestly they are the best I've worked with as I've remodeled my home in different aspects over the years. And that crew that worked with ******************* and his team, they were great. Just respectable, on time and overall professional. And they went above and beyond on a lot of things during the project. I've already recommended Black Diamond and **** to my neighbor and a few others. And I am not done with my backyard so I'll be contacting them in the future. Thank you again Black **********************, and ************ You all have been amazing and I cannot wait to use the new space you have created for my family.

  ***** and team completely renovated our backyard, replacing a couple of old, cracked, concrete slabs and some dirt/grass with a paver patio, seating walls, artificial turf, a pergola, and spotlights. ***** was excellent to work with. He was very clear in his communication about schedule, materials, etc and helped tremendously in the design of the project. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with ***** got that fixed quickly. The true test of a company doesn't happen when things go perfectly. It happens when things don't go perfectly and how they respond. Black Diamond aced this test.

  *****, our project designer/project manager, did an outstanding job with our backyard landscape. Though this was a small enterprise compared to all that Black Diamond offers, our project was handled professionally, timely and successfully. ***** inquired, listened and delivered above and beyond our expectations. ***** is very knowledgeable and in sharing all that the company offers, we did not ever feel pressure to take on more than we hoped for nor to work outside of our budget. Even though we were under no kind of time constraint with a deadline for our project, we we happily surprised when ***** let ** know our estimate would be prepared and delivered within a week. Then, we were super happy when we received it, to include visual and interactive content, just a few days later! Likewise, the proposed project schedule was right on track, ***** was present, whether in person, via text/email or on the phone. She was available throughout. We are novice gardeners, though with *****'s help in determining which plants/trees to select and offering additional tips/resources, we feel confident we will be able to maintain our beautified backyard to enjoy for years to come.

  We think ***** is the best! We told her what we had in mind and she took it and improved on our ideas. Every thing turned out perfectly. Neighbors and friends have given so many compliments. We highly recommend.*****!

  ***** ********* was our project Design Specialist. In spite of disruptive weather which produced unforeseen delays, we could not have been happier with the final product. ***** and his crew worked hard, both with creative ideas and hard labor, to provide ** with a driveway that is both stunning and practical. We knew we had used the right contractor when, in the two areas that we had most concerns, reasonable costs and a driveway that complemented our home was completed above our expectation. We would, without hesitation, highly recommend Black Diamond. ***** and his staff went far above and beyond and we were glad we had the opportunity to work with folks who had impeccable integrity and our best interest in mind.

  Black Diamond was our third estimate for renovating our side yard from concrete to pavers, *** promptly contacted me and we established a meet time to review my ideas. *** knew about proper drainage and suggested the best color match for neighboring pavers already in the back of the yard. Over the several weeks it took to choose color and style of paver, I expanded our project to include new steps in two areas as well as a short retaining wall beside nine Ficus trees. *** patiently delivered various styles of pavers and wall blocks for me to review.
  During this entire project, the only complaint I have is the lack of conversation with *** which needed to take place after the existing retaining wall was removed. *** believed there was a footing under the concrete next to the wall which was designed to prevent the Ficus roots from invading the concrete and raised foundation house. There was no footing or obstruction. The new wall should have been built exactly where the old wall was, however, all measurements were taken based on the wall being several inches out where the footing had been. *** didn't come to the work site the day pavers were laid, and when I spoke with him the following day, the pavers had already been cut for the placement of the new wall. It took a while for *** to understand what I was talking about when I mentioned I'd lost about 4-6 inches of patio space with the new wall being out those inches. It was too late to change anything. The project looks good. It drains well. *** was responsive to follow-up issues and truly worked to make me happy. I am happy.

  ******************************* was the leader for our paver/driveway extension project, and he was EXCELLENT!
  
  We began to build a positive rapport with ******* right from the start, as he carefully listened to our needs and shared his ideas about some options that we may wish to consider. It was evident that he had depth and breadth of experience and a 'quality mindset' to do things the 'right' way. He communicated what the job would entail so we knew what to expect. We knew right away that we were in very good hands with him leading the way!
  
  Throughout the entirety of the project, ******* stayed connected, always making himself available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He was directly engaged, responded in a timely manner and helped overcome challenges by recommending practical solutions. ******* took a vested interest in assuring that the workmanship was of high quality and the project was successfully completed on time. The crew was also very good they were respectful of our property, were careful not to cause any unintended damage as materials were moved and they always did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day.
  
  Here's the bottom line ******* builds positive relationships with his customers and is committed to assuring that the project gets done on time, with a high-quality result that meets/exceeds customer expectations. ******* is detail oriented and a person of integrity. He prides himself on a job well done and does whatever it takes to get the job done right!
  
  ******* is a great asset and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him! We would highly recommend him and Black Diamond for all your landscaping or hardscape needs!

  We weren't sure what we wanted for our front yard makeover, but knew it needed to be low maintenance and still look nice. *** was amazing. He was patient with us while we thought about what we wanted. He even came back for a second consultation to show ** what he was recommending. We could not be happier with the results. The price was very fair and the work was impeccable. His crew was respectful and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. We are looking forward to using him again when we are ready for our backyard renovation.
