    On Oct. 11, 2024 my credit card was fraudulently charged for $18.35. I did not authorize this charge and am totally unfamiliar with this company. The phone number they listed is not for the company. I would like to have the full amount removed from my credit card. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and am waiting for their response.

    I had someone contact me on September 15th asking to buy 3 very expensive In game items & specifically requested that I give them to her within 24 hours. I wrongly trusted that Gameflip would keep me protected, so I went ahead & made the deal.The sale went through on Monday, 9/16 in the middle of the night. Upon waking up, I began trying to coordinate transfer within the game Only to have absolutely no answer for ************** I finally heard back from this girl around 2 oclock in the morning my time. That was 18 hours that I had not heard from her. I was asleep. I began Attempting to contact her At about 8 AM my time only to not hear from her until 5 PM. At this point, I had passed the 24 hour **** that I had agreed to, but that was absolutely not my fault. I tried multiple times to coordinate the transfer. In the meantime, I had been receiving notifications from Gameflip, reminding me to coordinate the transfer or else the order would be canceled. So when this person finally came on at 5 PM my time, I immediately hopped on the game and transferred the items to her Only to have her cancel the order before I could even get off the game and onto the Gameflip app. I tried to contact **************** only to find out theres no phone number & no live chat option, So no way to reach someone immediately. I put in a ticket request, and after a few days I heard back and their solution was for me to create a new listing for the buyer to buy, which obviously didnt happen. Gameflip said they could not give me my money because I had not ****ed the sale as delivered but I had no way to do that.They have since answered me again & said they will not help me because I did not deliver the items within the agreed upon time frame. Again, I had no way to do that and no warning that this could happen.

    I had my Gift Card sold through this platform on August, 2nd, 2024 to a user. The terms of this platform when you sell is - *** post your card and a user buy it. The transaction amount is held in escrow. Once the order is confirmed it is not refundable.- The escrow hold is until 3 days until that buyer test the card and if everything is right, the transaction is confirmed and the money is transferred from the escrow.- However, it doesn't get transferred directly and takes few more days to transfer to the seller account for safety *********, after around a week of holding the money and confirming it's safe, the money was transferred to my account. The transaction is done deal is closed. There was no terms at that point of time to provide the receipt of the card or any proof of it's authentication. On September, 20, 2024 after around a month and 18 days, Gameflip unilaterally cancelled my transaction and took away the money. 3 issues - Decision was unilateral and not informed before being taken.- No proof provided to me, why this decision was made.- When I asked proof, they told me to provide the proof. After around 7 weeks, I need to dig out the proof and provide them. This even when it was their unilateral cancellation decision and there was no requirement for me to provide proof at the time of transaction.After opening a request number ****** and multiple delays and email, the support person is putting the onus on *****, after multiple delay, opaque decision, adamant support person and irresponsible response, I have no other option but to file a complaint here. It's my money, I have gone through every rule of transaction, so I have the full right to know the proof why you cancelled my transaction. So, now please return my amount.These useless and changing rules will not take you anywhere. It makes me nervous and surely makes other nervous.

    My name is *****************. I opened an account about 7 or 8 days ago with Gameflip and i put a $70 ******* gift card on there for sale..The card was sold really quick which was good but i discover i have to wait 6 days to get my money..Then after waiting nearly a week i discover that you only have 3 payout options none of which i have or am familiar with..So i make an account with one of them and then discover i need to put in a verification code that was sent to the phone i just sold..Ive emailed this company numerous times asking for you to uodate my number so i can log in my account because ive been getting emails that your gonna lock my account because of too many failed log in attempts..My phone number on my account is **********..I need it changed to **********.. my email is ******************* my profile Id is NMV2DA..Im trying really hard to not flip out but its getting harder to do..Im gonna report this business to the BBB and anywhere else that i can..I will never use your services again nor will i ever recommend this business to anyone else..

    Im kindly asking the BBB for help with an issue Im experiencing with this company GameFlip.com.To begin I recently purchased 3 amazon gift card from a company called G2A.com whos high quality and standard I received my codes immediately after purchase, later on I realized I wont need the gift cards anymore so i decided to sell them on Gameflip, I created an account on their platform and verified everything as they requested. I then listed all 3 my gift cards for an extremely lower price than the actual gift card price. Within 3-4 days of listing the gift cards 1 got sold to buyer within 10 mins the redeem the code and rated me which confirmed the codes are valid within day another one got sold and the same process happened after the buyer redeem it he rated me and I got my funds. Now I have one more code remaining after some days it got sold, these codes are set to be sent automatically after the purchased. So as soon as the buyer paid he got the code delivered, now after 5 mins this buyer disputed the transaction and saying my code are invalid note all 3 gift card a codes was purchased together. Now after I received that dispute I immediately reach out to G2A.com to confirm the code as they are the only one with authorization to reach out to Amazon and confirm details about it. They immediately sent me a screenshot of the code redemption date and time. Which shows the code was redeem the same exact date and time the buyer purchased it form my Gameflip store. I submitted all these evidence along with my purchased receipt invoice and other legal documents of the gift card purchase to Gameflip support team. Now after they received all These evidence and explanation of what played out they are still trying to make me do more that what I cant do. I explained to them everything in detail yet they are not properly investigating the issue. All my evidence are sufficient. The other 2 codes sold on the platform had no issues then why all of a sudden 1 buyer has issue

    Gameflip places unreasonable holds on funds, changes the goal post on releasing funds, and if you have less than $5 you have absolutely no options for retrieving your funds other than spending it on gameflip. I sold an item on 4/20. I delivered the item to the buyer and attached photo proof within a few hours. The buyer completed/accepted the transfer the same day. 4/20 at 2:41pm to be exact. At that time I received an email confirmation that the buyer accepted. I then went into my account and into my wallet where I see that my $1.76 balance was being held for 2 days. That would be released on 4/22 at 2:41pm. However, it is now 4/23 at 9:41am and gameflip shows that my funds still will not be released for another 5 hours, 4/23 at 2:41pm. That would be 3 days, not 2 days. Emails to Gameflip go unresponded to. I think it is unreal that after buyer confirmation gameflip continues to hold funds when every other platform releases one the buyer confirms receipt. This leaves sellers open to buyers utilizing the in game item purchased, and then "returning" it or filing a complaint. In this case the item sold was Eggs in Adopt Me. Those 7 eggs could have been opened and when a legendary pet wasn't received, the buyer could then come back and get a full refund and leave the seller out of the eggs and the money. I think after the trade is confirmed the funds should be released. Gameflip offers NO Seller security.

    I recently made a request to change my phone number associated with my account. I was sent a link to do so, but it doesn't work. I have contacted customer service but so far they have been incompetent, which prevents me from doing any kind of transaction on their website. The Gameflip app is also supposed to show a security code under settings which doesn't work for me.

    I bought an a 100$ Apple Card. My first red flag should have been the seller asking me 3 times if I have the app. They contacted me right away about my purchase, I told them I was ready and waiting for the code. He said he will order it. This was on 1/13/2023, over an hour later he sent me a code, I copy and pasted it to redeem. It didn't work. I messaged him back with a screenshot then he says you ordered a PlayStation card, not apple! So right away I knew he was scamming me so I went to the psn site to try to redeem it and it said it was already used. I was sent a screenshot for a 110$ code, why would they supposedly give me an extra 10$? I opened up a case with Gameflip, after two days they closed the complaint in favor of the seller cause I had no proof, the code didn't work, I don't understand what more proof they wanted. The seller knows how to change a listing after it has been sold, but apparently only if the buyer has the app. He says in his posting if you don't have the app he will cancel. I'd like my money back, 100 apple gift card I paid for, or even the supposed Playstation card that the seller changed it to.I added 3 photos, the price I paid, the amount he supposedly sent which was more than I paid for, the PlayStation code that didn't work.

    Last year I purchased a $500 *** giftcard from gameflip for $300 plus transaction fees. My flight got canceled and they told me the giftcard was purchased with fraudulent credit card. After going back and forth with gameflip for a while we decided I would accept a $300. That had to be renewed every 7 days. I was able to redeem $51.25 worth of gift cards from the $300 credit then a couple weeks ago I ask them to renew the remaining credit and a representation said I had redeemed all of it. I emailed a few times. They ignored me
