      Shutterfly (Lifetouch) When you call they wont talk to parents or give you any details about the picture they took. They are very secretive, not a fan.

      I would give them zero stars if I could. When I placed the order for my daughter's graduation cards, they said that I would have them on 5/9. I never received them. I reached out and now they say that the expedited shipping that I paid for was only for the prints, not the invitations. It was never presented that way when I placed the order. This company is so dishonest and fradulent. Don't waste your time or money on them. Now they say they can;t give me a status and it will be 10 business days.

      The company isn't what it used to be. When Shutterfly started, their products were quality for an affordable price and their customer service was excellent. Now, their product is not as shown on the website, their customer service is not customer-centered and they are not interested in resolution.

      This company does not value the customers time at all. Like seriously. They lost an order on it's way to *** (before delivered to ***) and 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered to us they didn't identify or fix the issue or reach out at all. That should be the bare minimum. We had to call them, and after almost an hour on hold (yes, i'm at 53 minutes now and they haven't solved the issue). When I did finally get a hold of someone around minute 20, they tried to get me to hang up and have my wife call back.They seem okay when they are on top of it but they clearly have no concept of customer service or issue handling. Worst customer experience in a hot minute, and that's an already low bar. Seriously, take your business to someone who cares and not these clowns.

      They advertised as a place to store and print 20 years ago. Now, when I need photos from back then, they don't provide a way to get them without either downloading them one at a time or using email to send a zip file which I don't seem to be able to receive since it has been over an hour and I still don't have a test email with 4 photos in it. **************** kept me on the phone for 30 minutes only to tell me that yes, that's the only way. So, I'll never be able to get the original quality back. I have no idea how long it will take me to get my thousands of photos since it's over an hour to get 4 and they recommended to only try the email thing with 250 at a time. It's just a very frustrating experience overall. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I regret ever using them.

      Shutterfly is all marketing and no operations. I can't tell you how many marketing emails I have suffered through. Then when I finally order a photo book and pay extra for faster shipping, they fail to deliver on time. In fact, five days later after my order was suppose to arrive and they still have no idea what the status of my order is. THEY HAVE NO IDEA! Now, I'm trying to get a refund and of course they make it incredibly difficult to just refund my money and own up to their mistake. I'm moving on from this company. They are CLUELESS. I used to be a long time customer....that ends today.

      Product was ok but I never gave them authorization to send text messages to my phone. I've tried to block them but they number they use keeps changing. I want the text messages to stop!!

      If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered invitations for my husband surprise birthday party. I paid an up charge of nearly $30 for express two day shipping to be in my hand by Tuesday, March 5. I received an email with tracking that states arrival was going to be Thursday, March 7. by 7pm. So essentially three days late since the post cant go out until Friday. I contacted customer service yesterday and the agent named ***** was willing to re-order them for me and choose the expedited shipping so that I would have them by Wednesday. I have the text Conversation saved. He asked me to confirm that the items in my cart were correct and should he go ahead and process the order. I said yes. I called today because I havent had any email with a new tracking number or any information and I was told the items were still sitting in the cart, and that ***** did not process them at all. Another missed opportunity and s**** up.This company has zero regard for customer service or making their wrong right. What they shouldve done is reprinted and send Fed Ex overnight or Same Day to get them in my hands the day I paid for them to be. Pretty simple.Even when explaining the reason for the dire urgency of the order (personal) they still have zero concern.And taking nearly $30 for non expedited shipping is essentially theft. It took the customer service agents to see that and refund the shipping.

      Fraudulent advertised pricing. I reached out to them twice about the fact that the coupon code I had was for 9 cent prints, yet they are giving a discount of 53% off the 20 cent price instead. That is **** cents off. Not 11 cents off. They keep telling me its 11 cents off. OK if they are rounding but they are not. I ordered 160 prints. Normal price would be $32 (20 cents each). The discount they applied was $16.96 (53%) on the prints and $19.80 for free shipping. Making my total before tax $15.04. If the prints were truly 9 cents each, the total should have been $*****. 160 x .09 = ***** right????? Not $15.04. Now 64 cents isn't a big deal. But the fact that they are being shady by not giving the price advertised and 2 separate employees told me the everything was right when it wasn't is really not OK. I will be finding another source for my prints in the future.

      Shutterfly stole my money. I ordered a photo blanket which showed up blank. According to their customer service they didn't have any orders associated with my email from me. And my order number was not correct. But the payment was authorized through my PayPal account and withdrawn through my bank. Also, I have the blanket!!!!!
