      The worst experience of my life with an online page - not because of the product but because of what resulted later from use of this website - my information stolen. After completing an order, my CC popped up charges in various locations across the U.S. of which I have never been to, within minutes of eachother. This website/company does not protect consumer information to ANY degree. Will never buy again.

      Shutterfly provides a terrible quality product and I would not recommend it to anyone! It is expensive and the product I received did not reflect what I ordered on line. I also received someone else's cards in addition to my own. I ordered lined envelopes, but the liners were separate, so I was expected to put the envelope liners in myself. That is awful, when you are paying for a lined envelope. The order also took 18 days to arrive, so I received them after Christmas. I had to fight to get a refund, which is terrible customer service. As with other reviewers, I will never order from this company again.

      Do not trust this company with anything important. Placed our order for Christmas cards and waited. Got an email from *** saying a shipping label has been created, waiting for delivery from Shutterfly. Nothing until we got a message from Shutterfly asking: Howd we do? Contacted *** and they told us Shutterfly never provided our order. Contacted Shutterfly. Their website said telephoning would be quicker. A recorded phone message said web site would be quicker. Finally talked to customer service agent who said our order had either been lost or destroyed during manufacturing. No one ever bothered to contact to tell us. They offered a refund or to remanufacture our order. Too late, no cards before Christmas this year. Never again Shutterfly!

      Worst Christmas Card experience of my life. I was told numerous times i would receive them in time to mail before the holiday- their website would not show me the status of my order updating. I messaged customer care and the delivery date jumped from 12/18, to 12/21 then to 12/29 (which is after the holiday). They did not offer to refund me for my order or anything. Terrible terrible business model. You can't offer it to arrive in time for the holidays and not deliver.

      Their customer service has never been the best, but my experience this morning was even worse. Their app is supposed to offer free prints (shipping not included), but it won't let me select that option. I thought I would try talking to customer support, but their online assistant refused to connect me. It did give me a phone number. Unfortunately, the phone number says their phones are closed.

      absolutely horrible experience, AND THEY DO NOT CARE.the run around the cant understand what your saying....I believe it intensional to discourage you ....well lost in the mail? money refunded...yes but I WAnT TO KNOW WHY!I was embarrassed because I expected/ I was promised well in advance that this was a good solid choice.WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!don't deal with shutterfly there bye bye

      It is unbelievable that a firm does nothing to pursue complaints filed by its customers. I have placed five orders for gifts from Shutterfly during the past year plus. The original orders for all were not received. The first four I reordered with again poor delivery service. The most recent I opted not to reorder. The reason for these issues were the same - *** Mail Innovations not providing appropriate tracking information with packages being stuck in *** locations reflecting that packages were in route to **** but no postal package tracking number being provided. Although Shutterfly has provided shipping refunds and most recent refund for the full order, they do not seem to understand the waste of customer time in reaching out to follow up on order status and the resulting frustration of having to look for other gifts. Even their website reflects that *** Mail Innovations is not a reliable delivery service yet they continue to utilize. I assume the BBB rating of **** does not matter to Shutterfly headquarters. Perhaps when they continually lose business due to lack of action on obtaining a more reliable shipping vendor they will listen.

      horrible service, ordered a glass picture of my son and his 1st grade class along with 4 other photos, 3 photos arrived late and none of them where his class picture. got hold of CS finally after an hour, was told they would reship a class pic a no charge with in 5 to 7 weeks which was 2 months ago. However, 3 weeks from that call I received an envelope with only an advertizment to buy more pictures. can you believe that ***** of sh*t. needless to say we will not be using them again shutterfly is absolute trash zero stars if it were possibole

      HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH SHUTTERFLY Please do not use them, because they are in foreign countries and you can not understand them and the background noise is horrible.

      You spend hours adding and editing photos, spend a pretty hefty amount on them, just for them to show up gritty, blurry, and the faces in the photos distorted. When you try to get a refund, they make all kinds of excuses and dont give it to you.
