      I placed an order with this company on May 1st, and even though they said it's been shipped I have not received it. They have no customer serivce number or customer service email address to reach them, so I'm at am impass as to how to receive my money back.

      Snapfish refused to contact *** when they delivered my photos of my home to the wrong address. They delivered 130 photos of things in my home to the wrong address so that person signed for the photos and now has my address as well. I contacted Snapfish and they said all they can do is to resend out the photos in 6 days, when I had paid for expedited delivery. This is what happened:I ordered photos of 132 items in my home for insurance. I used Snapfish to make the photos. They sent 2 photos in one envelope and 130 in a separate envelope due to the size difference. *** was horrible. This morning I received a notice that they were delivered and were signed for by someone named ****. I have no idea who she is but she doesn't live here and my neighbors do not have any Marys living there. You cannot reach a live person at *** as their automated system blocks you. I even tried two different *** stores and they were rude and said there is nothing they can do and there is nothing anyone can do. So, I wrote to their CEO and some of the executives at *** and Snapfish with no reply. the issue is that whoever signed for my package now has 130 photos of my things in my house and has my address on the package. Snapfish refused to contact *** and said they could ship me out another set in 6 days. I told them that the issue is this person signed for my package and it doesn't below to her. And now she knows what is in my house. *** just ignores the fact that one of their employees delivered my package to someone else. Writing to their CEO does nothing. I told Snapfish I will not buy from them again as I won't buy from anyone that uses *** shipping any longer. *** has gotten to the point that they think they can do whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. I'll will always check if a company uses *** going forward and tell them I can't buy anything from them as *** is not reliable and doesn't seem to care about endusers.

      I received very blurry and photos with with frame on one side of the pics and if u cut they are no longer 4X6 pics. I received no word back from the company. I ordered cool products before. I believe they outsourced two orders of prints and they are not used. i paid $58.52 for order ************** and I paid $80.72 for order **************. this is no cool to cheat a person of their hard earned money in this way.

      Hello,I have made several purchases online with snapfish and used Apple Pay. The ***** Pay charges my Moms credit card rather than mine. However, I use Apple Pay and many other places and it charges my credit card appropriately. There is no way to edit save storage information on ************************. My mom has filed these charges as fraudulent with her credit card company and they were denied. I have attempted to contact Snapfish on four separate occasions and the only option for **************** is a chat feature. There is no phone number and nobody on the chat feature is able to help me edit storage information of payment. My goal is to remove all saved storage information from my account. I do not want to close my account due to the storage of special photos and projects.

      I ordered 3 calendars that were shipped to 3 different locations. The prices were order ************** for *****, ************** for *****, and ************** for *****. They were ordered on Dec 28, and we received them today on Jan 6. The problem is they are sub-standard and they don't look like they will hold up for a few months much less a year. The phone number they provide ************ is not a working number. These were shipped from ********** who we've had very good service from so I was surprised that they were shipped from there and not Snapfish ********** claims they are sister companies but separate even though it appears they print and ship orders put through on Snapfish. If it smells fishy it most likely is.

      Ordered Christmas cards like I have for over 20 years. Paid $128 for them including $40 shipping in USD. Got notice from *** that I owed over $130 for taxes and duties which makes no sense. Didnt take that order so got a credit that covered all but $11.20. Ordered another set of cards and rhye did the same thing. Basically they out the value of the cards at $924.22 and charged me $120.15 in GST. So they out the value way too high. I paid the amount on the second set because I wanted my cards. But they messed up that order in that I paid for return addresses on the envelope and they did not print them. So they owe me the taxes I paid, the extra $11.20 I paid for the second set and reimbursement for the return address that was not printed on the envelopes. The only way to reach them is chat which Ive done many times. I cant call. They keep saying a supervisor will contact me but they dont. The Oder numbers with Snapfish are ************** for the first set and ************** for the second set.

      I ordered photo cards for Christmas. The cards were cropped and two names were cut off of the cards. There was never any indication that the words would be cut off. Snapfish refused to provide a refund but offered a credit minus shipping and said I would need to pay shipping again. They have a satisfaction guarantee on their website. They are not fulfilling this guarantee.

      I ordered 2 blankets with several pictures of my family on them for my grandparents for Christmas. The preview of the order looked PERFECT (after several attempts to make it look that way), so I proceeded with submitting my order. When I got the blankets delivered, the top row of pictures had 1/2 of the heads cut off!! I cannot use them as a gift!!I have emailed ************ with snapfish about this issue. I do NOT want credit with them to reorder. I want my money back. Theyve blamed me for the pictures being cut off, even though I provided picture proof that the preview appeared perfect and what I received was far from it. I want my money refunded!! Ive offered to send the unusable blankets back to get my refund as well. Store credit does not work. I have no faith they will provide a quality product after being blamed for their mistake.

      Placed an order on December 14th and paid for rush shipping to get product by December 20th. Today is December 20th and order still shows it is being made and has not shipped. Reached out to customer service on December 19th and they said my order is still in production and will not be finished for another ***** hours. Asked for refund as I paid for rush shipping and my product did not arrive in time. Refunded rush shipping but would not refund product cost. It's funny because I have been receiving daily emails from company saying each particular day is the "last day to order and receive by Christmas using rush shipping". I believe this company is using false advertising to try and encourage people place orders and select rush shipping knowing they will not be able to deliver orders by Christmas and they will make more money getting paid for a higher rate of shipping. Checked the companies social media and it appears many consumers are having the same issue, some who ordered their products months ago.

      Placed an order for 11 calendars on 12/5/24 in the amount of $180.15. Expected delivery 12/16/24, was delayed to 12/20/24. Still have not received. Contacted support multiple times for a full refund but only received a refund for the shipping in the amount of $41.30. Would like this looked at as fraud, as they have taken my money but refuse to deliver product or offer a full refund after several requests.
