      I paid extra for printed envelopes, $25, and they sent blank ones. They only want to refund me $4.50 Also, the text is so small you cant read it, and its nothing like the proof they sent me before printing.Therefore Id like a refund as they have no person to call, no number to make a complaint or someone to talk to. Its all done through ******** messenger.Horrible customer service.

      Placed a Christmas Card order with Snapfish on 12/9/24. Requested Rush Delivery. Was quoted an estimated delivery date of 12/17/24. On company website it states their commitment to complete orders in 3 days. On 12/14/24 I kept checking my order status and looked for options to contact the company to request a shipping date status on my order. The Chat customer service option put you in *****, which shows your number in the queue; typically, in the low 300's and best case in the mid-150's. How do you stay online long enough to get to the top of the queue; 2-3 hours, this is impossible. You think you are keeping the Chat open and it re-starts everytime which moves you back to the ******* spot in the Queue.The website does not provide an option to cancel the order or an option to speak to a person. The chat timeframe of more than 1 hour makes it impossible to ever receive customer service.I want my order cancelled. I want a refund. I want this company closed by the attorney general of California, whom I will pursue a case with.

      Date of transaction: 12/11/24 Amount: $23.89 Ordered was placed and shipping paid for to be delivered 12/19. On 12/20 status order has not changed from creating your order!. Contacted customer service live chat several times, waited hours just to be disconnected and never get through. They do not have a number to call. Contacted them through social media, was asked my email and order number and then was given an apology without rectification. Numerous people have had the same complaints with placing orders and never receiving it. I asked for a refund and was never given a response. Website does not offer cancellation of the order/refund.

      I was overcharged by Snapfish. Chatted with them 5 times to correct this and either got disconnected or a robo like response. Have screenshots. So they said they ship the order which was supposed to be here by December 7. 2024I tried to track the order and it said there was no such address I have never had this before. I would like a full refund. This has taken way too much of my time and they have taken my money and I have not gotten the product The wrong product but anything.

      11/29/2024Stationery Flat Card Set, 4x8, Standard CardstockDelivered1Z8WY430YW01570164Order number ************** I ordered Christmas cards for my parents with the grandkids and them on it When I ordered the cards I made sure to take a photo of the card as I needed to my mom to approval before ordered so I know the card was perfect When I got the cards the bottom of the card had two of the 6 grandkids heads chopped in half The cards are not ******. They can't ship these as is I started a chat with Snapfish but they would only offer me 50% of my purchase back. My order of the cards was $60 and the rush delivery was $31.95. My total order was ****** as I also ordered 4 ornaments which were beautiful and I love. But why would I spec ***** on Xmas cards that are not usable.They did offer if I wanted to replace the cards but they wouldn't be able to get them to me before Christmas. What is the point of this.I have to order them RUSH from CVS or ********* on photo paper ASAP in order to get them out and mailed. I can't ship these after Christmas I just want a refund for the cards and the rush delivery. I spent over an hour on a chat with an agent and then she said she would send me to her manager but she disconnected me. So now I'm on hold with another agent. It's an endless loop. No one can help me and even when I got so frustrated I said I would take the 50% back they ended the chat .

      Holiday card placed online on 12/1/2024. Per company website, shipping is up to 7 days. I received an email today 12/5 for an expected delivery of 12/17. When I checked tracking, the cards havent even been picked up by carrier. The company fails to deliver its promise, giving excuses that there are too many orders and when reached out to customer service offers no solution.

      I placed an order for Christmas cards on November 24th, 2024. On December 2, 2024, a box arrived with what I thought was our Christmas cards however upon opening the box I discovered they sent us someone elses order. I contacted Snapfish customer service very quickly because that potentially meant someone else in ***************** received my order with my name and address on the envelopes, pictures of my children, names and ages of my children. I let the customer service representative know that I was very upset and this was a huge violation of my privacy to which there was no response. I was told my cards would be reprinted and asked if that could be expedited to which I also got no response. No apology for sending my personal information to someone elses in the *************, no offer to get my cards to me in a timely manner, no offer to make things right.

      My pictures were lost during transit. The company cant proved to me that they were not tampered with or token for personal reasons. The company can not prove to me that they were returned and destroyed,

      I ordered and it took them well over a week to ship - after multiple attempts to get an update they finally shipped - the delivery date was 1 week after the promised. I now have to pay twice as much and take the time to go in person somewhere to print. I expect a full refund for sitting on the order and not delivering by the promised time.

      I ordered Christmas cards and envelopes with return address which arrived with very poor quality. Website says satisfaction guaranteed. There is no way to speak to a human on the phone and had to talk through chat without any attempt for resolution after 1 hour and representative left the chat after I requested to speak to a supervisor on the phone. The made no attempt to resolve issue of poor quality item being received.
