      DO NOT USE SNAPFISH FOR ANYTHING, EVER!The actual rating from me is 0 starts, but the system doesn't allow it here.I had some photos stored there since my old PC is long gone. The photos were archived because I had not made a recent purchase from the Snapfish website. I finally made a purchase on December 30, 2024 in order to unarchive my very own photos and have the right to download them. Read that again slowly. I needed to pay ****** to download my very own photos. And according to their own website: "What happens if I place an order?After your purchase, your photos will no longer be archived. Future orders will process normally and you will be able to download & share photos from your account."FALSE! We are on February 06, 2025 -37 days after I made a purchase/paid ******, and I still cannot access my very own photos to download them; they are still archived. They are being held ****** for reasons unknown even to the customer support agents, who cannot even give me an approximate timeframe for the resolution of this. This type of companies should be shut down to stop scamming customers once and for all. AVOID WORKING WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS! Save your photos to an external hard drive, USB, anything except Snapfish!

      BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.I wish a 0 was an option. These clowns will take your money and then tell you (by 5 different employee) there was a production delay.I paid for expedited service. They will tell you the item has shipped and provide a tracking numberbut *** website will item not received yet. This has gone on for 4 days. There is no customer service phone number or emailonly live chat.which they tell you they are so sorry and they will elevate it to the next level and you will receive an email from a supervisorwhich of course never comes. I got so tired of their lies and incompetence I filed a complaint with the ***********************************. Plan on doing the same with their local district attorney office.

      Bad quality and bad customer service. I designed a mug placed it in my cart and selected quantity 2. When I received the mugs, one was printed badly. I contacted customer service for a replacement. They told me it was the image size that was the problem. I explained that does not seem possible as one was ok the other was bad and it was the exact mug. They argued. I requested a refund. They told me no they only issue on damaged items. I explained to them one was damaged as it was not printed well. They would not budge. DO NOT recommend and they deserve zero stars for horrible customer service.

      This company is awful... ordered Christmas cards... they told me they won't get delivered til after Christmas because they are swamped but that's after being disconnected 5 times. Never ever again!!! Should have been notified before I placed my order.

      I used to love this company and frequently used their services. After a few years of not using them, I decided to place an order for my Christmas cards this year. However, I soon realized that the address the order was being sent to was incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order and provide the new address within the 60-minute window.The following week, I placed another order around 9 PM but again, I didnt notice that the shipping address was wrong until the next morning. I attempted to cancel that order as well but was unsuccessful. I then had to reach out via their chat support, as it was the only way to communicate with them, but they were not helpful at all. I spoke to multiple representatives and received different answers each time. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor. They informed me that it would take up to 24 hours, and I let them know I would continue using the chat until I got assistance. By the next morning, I received an email confirming that they had corrected my address. I hoped everything was resolved, but unfortunately, it wasnt. I received part of my order, but then I was notified that the other part was at the post office because I owed additional postage. I had already paid $30 for shipping! I picked it up since it contained Christmas gifts, and when I looked at the address on the package, I saw that they had used the wrong one again. As if that wasnt enough, when I opened my print, the 8x10 was incorrectly printed and looked terrible. I have spent far too much time and money and still did not receive what I ordered. I do not recommend using this company.

      *************. They do not deliver on time. Pay extra for a service that DOES NOT HAPPEN. They do not have a customer service phone number. You can only talk to them via online chat, and it is not helpful. I've been waiting for several days to receive my product and I cannot get any updates from them. They are scamming people left and right!!!!

      I placed an order for 2 standard prints and requested pickup from a local store, I have done this numerous times in the past and know you have to guarantee the order with a credit card or PayPal, but neither incur charges as long as you pickup the order and pay at the store. I placed my order and received notification from PayPal that I authorized a $6.57 charge to Snapfish, I knew that 2 standard prints should not be that much and since it had only been approximately one hour my PayPal account shouldn't have been charged. I pulled up my order and realized ther was a collage print order that I have no clue how I ordered, it was apparently a link I clicked on accidentally. I tried a chat with a Snapfish customer service person and was told the order was in process and there was nothing they could do. I found that hard to believe since the order showed it wasn't going to be delivered for 2 weeks! I feel scammed, first by the use of an inconspicuous link that I must have accidentally clicked on, and then being told that the order couldn't be canceled even though it was very soon after being placed, plus the shipping fees are more than double the price of the accidentally ordered print that will end up in the garbage.

      Ordered a shirt as a gift for my husband. The pictures on the shirt were grainy and peeling. I contacted customer service and they said all they could so was credit my account. As I no longer want to do any business with them I said no and I want a refund. 4 hours later they say they can only do a credit. I am still fighting this.

      My order was made on 2/4 and I received an email that the label was created and will be shipped via **** to arrive by 2/20. No problem except when I checked 11 days later it said the same thing. The rest of my order arrived but these did not even though they said shipped on the same day via other carriers. 13 days later and it stills says the same thing. First, I tried to call. No number. Then, I used their chat and it glitched where I no longer could type messages (the send arrow disappeared mid chat and never reappeared). Determined to get an answer after waiting in queue for customer service, I started to type my reply on another device and sent photos through the chat. During the chat they said they would look into it. Result because their system reads Label created as being shipped they said its shipped and I had to wait until the it doesnt arrive on the 20th to call them back. Ridiculous. How hard is it for them to call the supplier and verify that they actually tendered the items to the shipper ****)! The items I ordered was for an event! If it doesnt arrive on time then anyone who shouldve gotten an item would be gone! So I asked what would they do if the items dont arrive will they be willing to ship them to the individuals throughout the country? It shouldnt be at my expense. There response was the same. Wait until the 20th. Or we will look into that. Worst customer service! Still waiting on a solution to my problem.

      Snapfish is a total b. s. business!! I never received my pictures on the 16th or the 23rd! And once I told them that I am going to report them, suddenly, I'm not able to get their website, hm.... They can keep the $5.30. These guys are an Absolute Rip off!
