      Terrible service, prints were highly distorted and low *************** were very slow in responding and did not resolve the problem at all.

      I ordered a photo pillow for my mother-in-law at the beginning of November. When I received it, they had sent the wrong pillow. So, I was told but the customer service rep through chat that they would make a new pillow at no charge and have it to me by 12/18. I had been keeping track of it and on the morning of 12/15, it was in ***** The tracking said it was pending acceptance. So, I called the post office yesterday and the postman said that it was supposed to have come on a parcel on Friday, but my package was not there. They suggested I contact Snapfish for further help. So, I spent at least 2 hours waiting on hold to chat with an agent. When I finally got through, they told me that they could make another pillow and have it here by 12/26. I needed the pillow for Christmas not after. They offered me credit but yet again I bought this for Christmas, so the credit is not going to help me. So now I am stuck 5 days out till Christmas to find my mother-in-law another present.

      Terrible. No customer service. Absolutely non existent. Experience was horrible. 12 Christmas cards with errors. No customer service phone number. Live chat disconnects you after staying in for a lengthy period of time. Cards were cut wrong. Colors are poor. Quality is severely lacking. Want my money back. No one to speak to.

      Ordered 40 packs of Christmas cards with 20 cards per pack for my business (800 cards total) received 40 cards the first time, then they said they see the problem and will get the rest of my order right out. Then I received another 40 cards (now 80 cards), the only way to communicate is through chat, and was told just because I ordered 800 and paid for 800, doesn't mean I will get that many, and that they have a 500 card ****
