This was the worst experience I've ever had buying parts for a vehicle. Not only did they not want to honor their warranty for faulty injectors, they wanted to say my mechanic didn't know what he was doing. The shop and I ended up having to go with a different vendor and my truck hasn't missed a lick. Runs perfectly like it should, and never was achieved with the injectors provided by injectors direct. Hi F*****- We regret this is your takeaway from the situation. Although we have no order history associated with your name we did do our best to remotely assist your mechanic in diagnosing your vehicle. As you know, the 2 injectors they sent in to us did pass all testing as-received on our Bosch® test stand. We requested additional information from Wilson Diesel Repair via email on 6/18/24, as of the time of your review 8/5/24 we have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately we are unable to provide technical assistance to your mechanic if they fail to provide necessary information (or even respond to us). I ordered a set of injectors from another company. It took over 6 weeks to get them after many phone calls. Installed them and my truck ran very bad. There were 3 injectors' not working. I didn't trust that company to resend 3 injectors, so I found Injectors Direct ordered a set. I had them with in 3 days. Installed the injectors and the truck is running very well. My hats off to a good honest company that's fast in delivery with good product. Thank You Injector Direct.com
