Nicole and Ron at injectors direct were fantastic to work with today. I am not a mechanic nor an experienced vehicle person and they made the whole process of ordering injectors seamless and basically held my hand through every step of the way.

a few item to note, Injectors direct is not a Bosch Partner ( even though all of their box's say they are ) additionally a Bosch representative had informed me that these were not new Bosch injectors and to send them back immediately. This is when all of the issues started. when I first received remanufactured parts that were of very low quality ( remanufactured not refurbished ) , they refunded me my money and charged me more to get the "new" Bosch injectors. When I had concerns regarding the "new" injectors they sent me a RMA and I sent the injectors back. At which point they did not refund my card but instead sent me a settlement letter to DocuSign. They had no issues refunding me for the "remanufactured" injectors, but as soon as I said that Bosch had informed me that these were not genuine parts, and they were not an approved vendor, thing all went south. After a month of receiving their injectors back I had emailed them informing them because a credit had not been issued back to my card I had contacted the credit card Co. upon which Daniel with injectors had sent me this.
At this time, the dispute will be resolved conclusively by the credit card company. We will respond to the chargebacks in accordance with the terms, procedures, and timing of the credit card company and their decision shall be deemed the final, conclusive resolution. In such event, InjectorsDirect.com shall not be obligated to offer you any further remedy, and, in InjectorsDirect.com's sole discretion, your eligibility as to InjectorsDirect.com's policies may cease. Among other things, this could terminate your right to receive a refund or exchange, to process Product returns and/or core returns, and/or eliminate warranty coverage.
I did not want to sign a settlement offer, I just wanted a refund, ( there was nothing to settle ) now I don't have the crappy injectors and they have kept the $3000.00 I do not doubt that these are injectors that would have worked, but they are not BOSCH. . .InjectorsDirect.com

I'd like to address a few of the concerns you raised in your comments.
First, I want to address your complaint about the quality of our remanufactured injectors. The issue you presented was that you did not like the surface finish coloration of the injector bodies. While this surface coloration has zero impact on the quality and performance of the parts, you were dissatisfied with their appearance. We offered to allow you to send the remanufactured injectors back to us and pay to upgrade to new OE injectors. After receiving these new injectors, you had issues with their appearance as well. We took the time to walk you through the process of identifying the manufacturers' markings on the parts to help ease your concerns about their authenticity. We clarified with you that while we are no longer participating in the Bosch Certified Online Partner program, we still sell 100% genuine Bosch parts which you ordered and received.
You then informed us that you wished to return the kit for a refund. We issued you an RMA to return the kit but only received injectors and fuel lines, not the complete kit that you purchased. We reached out to you about the missing components, and you informed us that you wanted to keep the remaining components of the kit you purchased (the valve cover gasket and fuel tubes). We explained that our Return Policy requires the entire kit to be returned, not just a portion of it. In this case, as a courtesy, we agreed to accept a partial portion of the kit for return. Anytime we make an exception to our policies, our standard practice is to document the exception via a mutual release agreement which helps ensure that expectations are clear, and the resolution is final. This resolution was presented to you on March 4th. Unfortunately, you chose not to proceed with the resolution we presented, and instead opted to file disputes with your credit card company for the entirety of the kit you purchased, despite still having some of these parts in your possession. Additionally, you did so without communicating with us at all. Two days after the disputes were filed, you finally responded to us and let us know your feelings about our resolution offer. The "month" that elapsed after your parts were received was solely due to your delay and refusal to respond to our offer of resolution. We have made beyond reasonable attempts to resolve your concerns, including significant exceptions to our policies. Unfortunately, it seems you prefer to make false allegations and pursue fraudulent disputes with your credit card company.Review fromJames B
