  Very fast shipping and excellent communication, parts arrive well packaged and core returns are easy. on my last order i had made a mistake and installed incorrect injectors, (pickup vs cab and chassis). After startup i realized my mistake, called up injectors direct on a friday evening and they got the correct set out and at my door by Tuesday. injectors installed and i had a happy customer.
  This is where it all went to hell, if your a buyer, things go excellent.....if theres a problem and you need to return, not so much.
  After many E-mails and phone calls over the course of 3 weeks the situation was resolved to their satisfaction. They made the effort, they put in the time and they have some extraordinarily talented techs.
  I accept the results as I did indeed make the mistake and intall the incorrect injectors, it was the treatment afterwards that opened my eyes to the true character of this company, live and learn as they say.
  With that being said, as a professional technician and business owner of 35 years I will never purchase from them again and urge anyone reading this to reconsider their possible purchase, not as any retaliation to them, but as an effort to save you the stress and money of a possible need to return or warranty an item.

  D*****- We appreciate your kind words regarding our shipping speed, communication & talented team members. However, we regret that this is your overall takeaway from this situation. You placed your original order online 8/18/2023 for a set of Ram 6.7 Cummins Pickup 2013-2018 Remanufactured Fuel Injectors. You called us 8/25/23 to advise that you believed that you had mistakenly ordered (and installed) the incorrect injectors. We verified your concern using your VIN and explained that per our return policy the used injectors would not normally be eligible for a return for refund as they had been installed (and ran) in your engine (and therefore could not be resold) but offered multiple alternative options to help resolve your mistaken order. When presented the options you made the decision to place a new order for the correct Ram 6.7 Cummins Cab & Chassis 2013-2018 Remanufactured Fuel Injectors & agreed to send the incorrectly ordered injectors back to us for evaluation. Specific instructions to return the incorrectly ordered injectors were provided to you via email the same day (8/25/23). You failed to follow the instructions we provided you and instead returned the incorrectly ordered injectors as cores. You then contacted us Friday 9/22/23 asking for an update on the evaluation of the incorrectly ordered injectors, when we explained that your failure to follow the return instructions (by returning the injectors as cores) had delayed the evaluation process as we had to spend significant time to locate the injectors after they had been returned (and processed) as cores. Regardless, we did locate the injectors, completed evaluation as promised and contacted you multiple times via phone & email Monday 9/25 & 9/26/23 to discuss our findings as well as present options for resolution. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate you refused to even hear our proposed options for resolution, we asked you how we could resolve the issue to your satisfaction, your only response was “do as you see fit.” Subsequently we made exception to our return policy and issued you a partial refund for the incorrectly ordered injectors that were returned used (and physically damaged). We went above and beyond to assist you in resolving this issue and find it very unfortunate that you refused to work together with us. Had you allowed us the opportunity to confirm compatibility for you prior to placing your original order this situation could have been avoided entirely. Further; had you followed the return instructions we provided you (and been willing to participate in a civil conversation) the resolution would have been completed in a much more timely fashion.
