The team at injectors direct were absolutely amazing. I requested a phone call for assistance and it was about 20 minutes and I was getting a phone call from them. While speaking with them, they were very polite and knowledgeable about their products. They were very friendly and listened to what I was needing and went above and beyond to get me what I was needing. They helped me in choosing exactly what I was needing, and got it shipped the next day. I would give them ten starts if I was able to, due to their timelines on calling, helpfulness and shipping sped. Than you.InjectorsDirect.com

Was a great experience courteous staff fast shipping, Great products will uses again as needed and definitely highly recommended after my personal experience. 5 starsThis place will be my go to in the future for injection pumps and injectors! Nichole was very knowledgeable , went above and beyond to get me parts when I was broke down some 300 miles from home and dealer parts was on national backorder, with 54 on waiting list. Parts were ordered at 1pm on a Tuesday and they was shipped the same day and received in the middle of Kansas on Friday morning . I got Bosch new parts cheaper that OEM and with a three year warranty verses a one year that the OEM parts carry. Having four vehicles in my fleet I am sure that I will be using this company again! 1 starThe absolute worst! I’m not one to complain much, but these people did me really wrong. Andrew is the guys name in fact. They sold me a faulty injector then when I tried to tell them it was , they argued with me ( Andrew did) and then proceeded to keep arguing with me , telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and being a real jerk. So then I returned their faulty injector and of course they don’t want to refund my money . I didn’t use it but the Andrew pressured on the phone to the point I said I did just to get my refund . And he did that on purpose, basically told me if you tell me it was used and faulty I can get your money back , then went the opposite way when I agreed . He then proceeded to tell me I’m sol and so I said well since you won’t refund me , send my injector back, to which he replied no! Saying I would have to repurchase it. And then he said well we can’t refund if used(which it wasn’t) but how the heck do you know if it’s faulty or not without trying in it the truck?? So because they sold me a faulty injector now they are keeping both the injector and the money, and last of all, I told Andrew twice to just stop leave it be ( no I wasn’t nice) but now he keeps emailing me antagonizing me , he knows I’m mad and keeps taunting it like it’s a game to him. 5 starsWe were in a HUGE bind -our company truck was in need of an injector replacement. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was QUICK and return of cores was so simple! Credit for cores was just as quick as receiving the product. Have saved Injectors Direct as a contact in my phone but HOPING to never need them again ??Review fromToby W

5 starsI have a very difficult application. Cummins isb 5.9 in a 2007 freightliner mt55. Apparantly Allison trans. made cummins/ freightliner de tune this engine because of the vehicle weight. Jacob helped me build the correct replacement injector "kit" using cummins oem specs. New Bosch Injectors, tubes, lines gaskets. Order showed up fast and complete. Repairs were done yesterday. My Truck runs better now than it ever has. Little to no exhaust smoke. The price was right service was excellent. Thank You J****
