      Geometry tutor for our daughter was great. Easy to schedule. Our original tutor was done his semester of college and gave us a two week notice. The company was able to quickly set us up with a new tutor.

      Negative 10 stars!!
      This business is a total scam. Do NOT consider their tutoring service. I learned it the hard way.. They attempted to arrange me 2 tutors respectively and both were no call no show. Both tutors called me back after the fact and gave me excuses. The first no call no show, I gave her another chance because I understand things happen in life. I am a very reasonable person. She showed up once and no call no show again. The second tutor they provided me was another no call no show. This entire whole ordeal lasted over 1-2 months. It also took them forever to find me a matching tutor. The turnaround time was a joke.
      I have never experienced such a horrible tutoring service experience. I've requested to stop service and request refund. No one is getting back to me and they continue to charge me. This kind of business operates is utterly unlawful and unethical. I am traumatized. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT consider this company. It is a SCAM!!!

      I contacted Grade Potential for a math tutor for my 8th grader.
      They were quick to make promises and take two months of payment, while on the phone I expressed what day and time of the week we wanted the tutor to come to our home, they said, it would not be a problem. Until it was, we weren't able to find a tutor to come on the date & time we had requested.
      The tutor decided not to show up, no warning or previous arrangement.
      When I called their was no answer.
      I have called the company directly many times and they don't have an answer for me and can't seem to speak to a termination agent.

      Our math tutor for Trigonometry has been great! He explains things clearly & can explain things from different angles to make sure my daughter understands the concept. We made contact early & have already had two sessions with another one in the books. We are greatly impressed with our tutor & our overall experience with Grade Potential!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tutor or even someone to help solidify concepts within a subject!! - H******

      We called this tutoring service for our son to get some extra help in math. We have had two tutors in the last two years and have been super happy with them both. And my son is doing well in math. He is more confident and knows he has extra support when he needs it.

      We have had two tutors so far with Grade Potential, and both of them have been very good. They are kind and patient and accommodating with scheduling. I have heard them working with my son, and they always ask if the topic is clear or if there are any other questions. You can tell that they care. Plus, Grade Potential is responsive when trying to find the right tutor for the right subject. I highly recommend them.

      Reached out to Grade potential tutoring to assist my child get back on track, the tutor reached out to me within the timeframe explained, and was super understanding when we had to pivot the focus from traditional school honor classes, to on level homeschool program.
      Charbel is super patient and understanding, engaging effortlessly with my shy child.
      Definitely recommend them .

      Horrible! Do not use! Their tutors are no shows and cancel at the last minute. By the time my daughter was due to take her SAT she had only had 5 out of 10 sessions I had already paid for. I had planned using them until June for the SAT, ACT and AP exams. Because we had gone through multiple tutors failing to show up or canceling at the last minute I did not want to continue with them. In order to cancel they increased my hourly rate to a higher amount to give me a smaller refund. So even if your tutors don’t show up you half to pay the full amount. No accountability for their tutors, staff completely unsympathetic. I am leaving a review everywhere I can to warn people to stay away from this company.

      My daughter was ready to change her schedule from Chemistry Honors to regular Chemistry. She has had three tutoring sessions with J**** and has decided she wants to stick it out and try her best! He has given her confidence when she has needed it the most! Thank you!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
      First, we attempted to acquire a tutor for geography. Over the course of a month or so they failed to located a tutor and suggested we change subjects. So we decided to try Spanish. After yet another month even that yielded no results. With that, we requested a refund and I was told due to the fact our account was created so long ago that we wouldn't be able to receive a refund. We've used this company before but years ago (under different management I assume). We still have a credit of almost 13 hours left. I fail to understand money spent 5 years ago or money spent yesterday is any different. That's neither here nor there..
      They're very nice and formal from the beginning. And when they're asking for more time to find a tutor, and when they're telling you, they can't give you your money back. Do not use this company. you will lose money and more importantly, time that could be spent acquiring help for your child..
