    Sony's Playstation customer service is does not fulfill its obligation to help customer issues and do not honor the company's advertised policies. Asking for a refund leads to bots that disconnect with you with no reason explained. Considering how strong the brand is, they operate on levels of a scammer like nature. This should be investigated.

    I have been a long-time customer of **********************. After many purchases of digital games on ***. My account was locked out, and I need someone to help resolve this issue. After $1000 of purchases, they refused to help me with this ordeal. I have spent 2 days trying to get them to send me an email, so I can recover my account. They refused to resolve this issue. Verified with my debit/credit card, and yet there was no follow-through to see if this issue was resolved. I want this resolved. I spent time and error. I created a relationship with my friend on ***. My account access was stolen from me and they are not willing to help.

    They allow video games that have a lot of cussing, gang related activities, murder, armed robbery, drug dealing and prostitution like grand theft auto. They allow violence in games like executing people in various ways and cussing from the characters in the game but if YOU say something similar to them characters, they say you're being a bully with hate speech and it violates their code of Conduct. I had 2 violations in 15 years and they permanently banned my account because I called someone a *** and the "b word." They use the word FAIR in their code of Conduct. Do you really thinks it's FAIR for them to permanently ban my account for using similar language that they allow in the games? I don't think so! They want you to honor their code of conduct but they don't honor them!

    You cannot buy a game, decide you hate it 20 minutes later, and get your money back. This is thievery, no matter if it is in their terms or not. If I haven't played the game but 5 minutes, I should be able to get my money back easily. Sony, call Valve, and ask them how steam refunds work, and go ahead and add that to your list of what you should do.

    Playstation is great. I have bought them over and over again but they are horible at anything regarding support, refunds, and repairs. They will bicker at you and even hang up on you. They will make everything seem that its your fault.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I shipped my sons ps5 on 3/5 for a simple repair covered under the warranty. Since shipping the play station with the box and label they gave me, it has sat as a ***** warehouse. No movement since it was scanned on 3/5. I have called numerous times over the past 2 months and the first time I was told they were reaching out to ***** to see what was going on and I would hear back from them in 10/14 business days. As soon as it hit the 14th business day I reached back out to them for an update. I was then told that they did not reach out to ***** because that is NOT their responsibility. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me I needed to contact ***** and file a claim for lost/stolen package. I did, and ***** denied my claim due to me not being the one who purchased the shipping label. I called PlayStation back to inform them I needed the account number used to purchase the shipping label because I couldnt even speak to a ***** representative regarding my package without it. Once I called them back I was told that the wrong process was followed and they would be escalating my case and I would hear back in ***** business days. It has now been well past that and my package is still lost/stolen, and Im out $500 for the brand new PlayStation. The customer service is a JOKE. It is now past the 1 year **** of me purchasing the PlayStation so even if I did receive it back from *****, it still will be broken. I am highly disappointed and so is my son. This was his first console ever, and for PlayStation to be such a big company you would think they would be willing to help out more. My son asks for an update on his PlayStation weekly, and I am constantly giving him bad news. Buy an Xbox and if youre thinking about sending your console for repairs, maybe take it to someone local. I would have much rather paid out of pocket for the repair then to have the whole console gone for good.

    My account got hacked. My bank reimbursed me for the fraudulent charges. Then PlayStation suspends my account after my bank reversed charges. *** had this account for over a decade and have over 1000$ in games purchased but cant get a response. Is there no recourse? Terrible service

    This is the worst customer support I’ve ever received someone stole my account through psn’s half a** security they have I’m selling every PlayStation device I have!!!! Never had 1 issue with Xbox but psn ain’t got there stuff together at all I still haven’t been hacked with Xbox and I share that account but PlayStation I haven’t gave anyone my password and they act like I sold my account or something after paying the psn price to even play online!!!!!! With they would get hit with a big lawsuit that would hurt them after getting hacked with them they got into my PayPal from my PlayStation account but that’s stoping I will not spend money with that crapy company anymore!!!!!

    Ridiculous policy for a sleazy company, purchase vr game unable to read actual customer reviews on the ********************** page because godforbbid players be able to warn each other. Game is so bugged every single boss immediately despawns and forces you through the stage making an already short game even shorter. Okay, called for refund. *** states that policy is if you play the game no refund....then how would I have known it was broken and wanted to return it? Do I just have to guess that every game you put on your store is a steaming pile of garbage and completely swap to xbox? Are there no form of quality control for what is allowed on the store? For the ridiculous amount you charge for your products you'd assume that maybe **** could afford to pay somebody to at least screen these things but I guess that's just crazy to think about.

    My grandson's account was hacked, stolen. He has been using this platform for several years, and over ****** dollars spent on games, accessories, skins, weapons, etc. I tried to recover the account using their website tools, contacted customer service & get the same message online and personal on phone. "Because of security reasons they can't go any further to help with this account".I'm thinking are you serious? That's all you can do, so no matter how long you have an account, they will not help, and ask you to create a new profile. That's ridiculous, I had the email, game id, phone, last digits of card that he bought with and a serial number for the ********************** unit and they said, we can't help you. We had set up the account with a 2Way Verification, meaning if any changes are done, my grandson would get a text first. Guess what? I guess locking out the account doesn't matter, there are still ways to steal your profile, probably sell it, who knows. From what I hear my grandson's profile was worth over ***** dollars, this is what kids would offer him, and he always refused. On top of that, whoever took it has all our personal information, emails, phone numbers, birthdates, banking information and **** Playstation says there is nothing they can do. I would like to file a lawsuit for this, because if this is what they call safe, I would hate to see whats not in their eyes! I wouldn't even give them one star, but this website requires a selection
