    **** Rewards has locked me out of my account for over 8 months, and has not let me access my points. They sold me on the credit card to only then lock me out and refuse me access to my points. I don't even know if they have been logging my points or not. A scam through and through. If i can find a cheap consult, I am considering some form of legal action just to send a message, as luring me into a credit card agreement with falsities is illegal I believe. STAY AWAY. FROM THE **** AND THE REWARDS PROGRAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM!

    I got wrongly suspended after i sent a photo with a text that was funny to a group chat with my mates on ps4 and they suspended my account for 2 months and currently still on suspension while everyone else is still ***** free

    couldn't agree more with the other commenters here. horrible anti-consumer customer service practices, after multiple chats with live agents trying to get a refund for a faulty game, one of their live agents said "great news! I disabled two factor authentication on your account" I said, WHAT?? I was trying to get a refund and instead they just compromised the security of my account!!! and after complaining about THAT issue they basically gave me a non-apology and said oh there was a misunderstanding. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service and I may not buy any **** products ever again.

    Lost my account I had for 14 years , I was being harassed by someone. I reported them and I was banned permanently instead of them. They wont do anything about it . You cant even call someone silly with out breaking their code of conduct.
